    Recipe 1 Ingredients:
    3/4 cup water
    3 tablespoons EWP
    1/2 cup rind flour
    Recipe 2 Ingredients:
    1/2 cup water + 2 tablespoons
    1/4 cup EWP
    2 tablespoons rind flour
    Recipe 3 Ingredients:

    I've added a link in the description for those asking where I got the grill.       I have recently started watching your channel so congrats on that achievement however I do have a question you claim that the meat flower recipes last a long time but you would not eat them why is that, how do you know if they are any good, if you don't test it by using them ? 🤔 So I don't know why you even bother doing the experiment....

      @annabellahayes3227 That's pretty simple. This was done out of curiosity because of all the questions I got, I’m a germAfobe, when I make chicken flour, I only keep it in the fridge for one week and then I freeze it😉 As far as using it, I do use chicken flour just not beef.😊 Not everyone I tell about the ketogenic or carnivore diet will try it and that doesn't stop me. I just love helping people so if it helps someone I’m blessed. I truly have zero need for this process because I own a commercial freeze dryer but I also know most people can not afford that. Plus I love solving problems 😁 Hope your day is going wonderful Annabella😊

    You poor thing, the table saw accident sounds horrible. It was bad enough when I sliced my thumb with a mandolin. You’ve got me worrying about my 15 year old nephew, who is starting a carpentry course in the autumn. Thank you very much, your videos are excellent. We can’t seem to get the same pork rind ingredients in the UK..but I’ve tried with little packets of ‘ pork scratchings’ .

      I’m surprised Aldi does not carry them, I know some of my subscribers from Australia said they’ve had luck at Costco.
      I’m sure your nephew will be fine.😊 I knew better, and did it anyway. Now I have to deal with the consequences🤣😂🤣. I’ve been a maintenance technician for many years and still have all my fingers. Maybe I’m getting too comfortable in my old age.😉

      Thanks so much, unfortunately it’s something I really need to work on. Doing all my filming, editing and recipe creation solo makes it tough at times.       My main flour is rind flour😁 supercheap ultra fast to make. Using my meat, seed or nut based tortillas recipes I make enchiladas, tacos, tortilla chips, flautas, pasta, rice and more😊 Thanks and I’m looking forward to your feedback

    Congratulations on your new status, that is awesome. What a time you have had these past few weeks, prayers or healing for your finger and your technology😊. I’m starting to transition to Carnivore for a few months, so this bread will be great. I will have to go back and check your other BBBE recipes out. Thanks for the flour experiment update. I have been wanting to try the chicken flour recipe, but I’m nervous that I’m gonna mess it up and end up getting sick, I know it’s an irrational fear, but just the same, but maybe now that almond flour is no longer an option I’ll give it a try. Thank you again for all that you do and I hope your luck takes a turn in the right direction this week.

      If you’re worried about the chicken flour, it freezes perfectly. Simply refrigerate it the same amount of time you would feel comfortable with baked chicken and then freeze it.
      Good luck in your transition to carnivore 😉 Just don’t think carnivore bread will be as good as keto bread😂🤣 I don’t want you to be disappointed😜

      I really need to make time to make her cinnamon rolls and eclairs. If only I had more time in the day and I could manage the squirrels in my head. 🤣😂 I just finished the carnivore Panini breads and I'm working on couple ideas spawned that recipe.

      No worries😁 It stayed in the back of my refrigerator the whole time😉 It was definitely a curiosity thing because freeze dried items can last up to 25 years. It seemed to work rather well maybe it was all those microwaves 😂🤣No mold, no discoloration and absolutely no change in the smell.

    Is pork rind flour the same thing as pork rind dust or panko? I get the pork rind dust on Amazon, so hoping it’s the same thing. Thanks! So happy I found your channel. 👍🏻

      unfortunately, pork panko is a little greasy to make Rind flour. The best option to make it is a very dry pork rind and the one I recommend is Walmart great value pork rinds. Crush them in your food processor and then see them.😊 I’ve never tried pork rinds dust 🤔

      @@cheffatgrams Thank you! Pork rind dust is just another name for panko. I’ve seen it called both names. I’m going to try the panko first before making more work for myself, lol. I’m retired and definitely trying to keep ketovore as simple as possible for myself since my hubs doesn’t eat like this. 😊

      Thanks so much. Seen as the pork rinds do not need refrigeration, nor does egg white powder because it is pasteurized in the drying process. I would assume no, but I store everything in the refrigerator just to be safe.
      The injury will only slow me down. It will not stop me.🤣😂 I had to do some welding Saturday. It was a bit hard to get my hand in the glove, but I did it.😜
