The fact I was on the LAmspeed website, literally last night, after a friend emailed them about their downpipe for his GR Corolla... and now this video confirming our theories of fitment. Yeah... I'm gonna need to purchase... appreciate this content! Car sounds amazing!
I absolutely love your vids, I am supposed to take delivery of my Circuit GR by end of this week. I hope lamspeed comes out with a direct fit application for the DP!
Agreed the stainless they use is the best stainless I’ve ever seen!! We quick whipped up our modification to the kit and our metal and welds don’t do lamspeed justice lol
That's a significant improvement with the exhaust and DP. Is Nemtec Racing looking to market future products for these cars? Today's video got a subscribe and like, as I have been watching your videos and thought I was subscribed!
I'm not pretending to be any kind of expert on the GRC, but a lot of people who track the car have that rear diff overheating limp mode issue. From what I understand the Yaris had the same. That rear bend on the mid pipe looks really close to the diff, you may want to start thining about shielding and cooling solutions from heat transfer.
that might help for sure! after researching the problem alot of people say the operating temp of the fluid doesn't get super high... the problem is the computer has such a low temp cut off set that it turns the rear dif off way to "soon" in terms of temp. I think the cusco rear dif cover helps as-well as getting syvecs dif controller so you can have a temp sensor and full control over awd
First off I appreciate you coming back to watch more of our videos!!! We fixed it by making a solid bushing basically welded washers together with a solid rod to recreate the shifter. I will be sure to touch on it quickly I’m one of the next videos
Congrats dude! 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼 If anyone is looking for a GR Corolla circuit edition please comment down below I have one at the dealership now (guy pulled out of deposit went with a type r) I’ll email you if you’re serious
@@NemtecRacing u just slowly renegange the gear? Isisnt the entire point of the corolla handbrake is so the clutch doesn’t have to be pressed because it’s totally dislocating the axel
My car slides like crazy but it never has enough power to keep the momentum , and unless u really slow down in 2nd the revs never drop to low and I’m not really mashing the pedal through the drift

Crazy how over priced these cars are, you could get a Shelby 350r or a new corvette or even a used viper, or a brand new Porsche but instead you get a Toyota 😂😂😂
@mrbiggerfoot123 What planet are you on? You can't get a brand new corvette for under $40k! Where? Same for a brand new porsche for under $40k! A used Mustang sure, no problem... Have you ever heard of a reliable sports car? They don't exist. This would be the closest thing to it, and it's under $40k... that's insane! An S2000 is the 2nd closest, but they don't make those anymore, and that's a chick car anyway, being that it's a convertible. Miata is a sporty car, since it's under 200hp... oh yeah, there's the GR86, so that's two sports cars under $40k. Almost forgot about that one... and it's also Toyota!
These cars are also very underrated though. A GRC with the performance package can be found for under $40k. 0-60 is 4.5sec stock with a top speed limited to around 150mph. They’re also light weight with amazing brakes, AWD with adjustable bias, limited slip diffs, and super sticky michelin ps4s tires. Track weapon that doubles as a 33mpg average 4 door commuter. Not to mention the aftermarket. This car is completely different than a GT350 but honestly pretty comparable in performance. So yeah I mean on the surface it seems overpriced but once you drive it and look at what it brings to the table it’s a pretty impressive car 🤷🏼♂️
@@tjbmx1883 the point im trying to make here its a new engine and its turbo charged and a 1.6 liter turbo you might and this is a big might, but the car might make it too 100k miles but after that you will have big engine problems its built to be sporty for a short period of time while shelby is non turboed and breathes easy and last a very long time this car is built to break and make you pay for it.

Literally same but me last night.
You made it sound like a fart box

Damn, my dealer called me yesterday to tell me the GR is on the truck and on its way to the dealership 😅
Cold start be like “good eye might”
Not to be confused with "it's chewsday innit"
Haha that drift with the storm in the background was impressive-I’m glad to see people having fun with this car.
302hp to the 🛞 yesss. Like the look of the lines 👌
Personally not a fan of how droney and uncharacteristic the exhaust sound is. Either way good video and glad you're happy with it! That's what matters

That drift was pretty dope😊
Nice out come fellas , fyi the bigger tuners here in Australia use front wheel drive mode when tuning the gr4 y and gr4 c .👍🇦🇺
So sick. Love your shows
I tell everyone that its "practice for Gymkhana grid events". lol!!!!

I absolutely love the way you treat the car……..just the way it was designed for 😏
Cold start sounds like a lawn mower. It gets better when driving around, but it's not what I'd consider a good sounding exhaust.
You gotta hear it in person lol! Best god dang John Deere I ever did hear
Bro 😎 sick.. I’m been waiting for this and much more… I want to get one .. down pipe… 👍
Awesome bro! Keep doing the drifting shenanigans. They are cool
More to come lol🤘🤘🤘
what are you flashing the ECU with? ECUtek?
I might need this when my circuit arrives
I'd love to hear which settings you prefer when you'd having fun with skids!
30:70 and all traction stuff off for the wet weather!
Track mode and all traction off for the dry
Please make a video on how to send it and donuts. I've tried here and there but you got down.
Loving my GRC!
Sounds great!!!
Uhhhh can I get a HELL YEA BRUTHERRRRR!!! 12:30
HELL YEAH BRUTHERRRRR
Where in Wisconsin are you??? I have a GRC in Brown Deer, WI
Eau Claire
How’s the check engine? I see a spacer on that o2😮 I want this setup
More drift videos 🔥
imagine spending 40k+ to sound like a 1993 civic with a hole in the exhaust
Memes
How did you guys fix the shifter?

good one,
Is the downpipe direct fit to the stock exhaust?
No you have to modify the mid pipe
Okay i see you there. Subed
Corolla gang 🤘
It looked like you were tricking the O2 sensors early on in the video with the spacers. Was that just to make the car happy until the tune?
Congrats dude! 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼

My dealer just let me know mine is built and on the boat ride over. White circuit. What color, price, and where?
@@carlstrohm3785 that’s awesome… you gotta be fired up they’re so clean. It’s in heavy metal 49884 and Ohio

This sounds horrible
The induction noises are noticeably cleaner and louder....the ass sounds farty though. Not feeling the exhaust note at all
I think it sounds better in person lol but it’ll sound alot cooler with the parts we have coming🤘
What all has been modified to car as far as motor for performance?
At the point of this video just downpipe and a tune and intake
Will this downpipe bolt up to the stock exhaust?
Not currently. Once they come out with the Corolla midpipe setup it will
Will this fit Non gr corolla hatch
Probably not
what muffler did you use?
MBRP center exit
Hey are u pipping the clutch at all when u transition from hand brake to gas?

Sounds awful. Exactly like an old Honda with a hole in the muffler.
The fake enthusiasm is hilarious. It sounds like crap.
