Using the BDG method to evaluate my Manager Beth, who got sent to us when our normal manager had to cover a different hotel, but is now not leaving and is our new manager.
CV: Beth managed to sort our entire linen closet in about a week using three employees she brought in. Legend. Our hotel is in much better condition since she joined, and she’s balanced job responsibilities better throughout staff.
