      Evi Sugarou stop hoping and do something useful instead of having holidays in the internet. i for my part do the same, but you just dont do anything except taking money from poor countries like lithuania AND NOT PAY IT BACK. not even children act like that (except those of greek parents, of course, as we just saw)

      @evisugareniaaa1702 9 лет назад +22

      It s really shame of you to talk like this!!! We aren't responsible for the choices our goverment has been making for all these years!!! We re trying our best, we re working under difficult circumstances, we don't have money and we pay many taxes!!! Greek people are trying!!!I would really like to see how you would react as a country, if this happened to you!!! I am disappointed in you really, what I did was just talk about a talented chef and you thought it would be appropriate to talk politics through youtube!! Nevermind, summer's coming we are waiting for you!!!you all love our country for your vacation as we all know!!!

      people like you are rare. i studied a lot, worked my butt off and have not holiday in 8 years. however i see that many of the european people have. even those in the poorer countries. some however just dont do enough for it, because day starts at 6.am. not at 8.am. i saw effective work time in greece is not only less, the payment paid was never payable, too high, the money was lent and the statisstics given to the EU were lied. not only like the airport. but in quite everything. if u want to get the country up you must be honest with everything. now everybody pays for that. and often you think in the outside of greece life is sooo much easier. not for me

    • @MrTiti
      @MrTiti 9 лет назад +2

      papavalesRS
      i dont see a connection with the attributes you put to this text. If you see both comments, there is not hate but the desperation to work the own ass off for people, who just chill. i explained the discrepancy of getting (that is now credits from all, including the poor european countries) and doing something to earn this (namely not a lot). it would be better to attack the problems instead of having a lot of leisure. Since i work a lot for you, dont you understand / able to see how respectless your comment is?
      you seem to still be in the easy sitting around chill out mode.
      you dont even understand that some hundred billions of euro are connected to a hammer huge amount of work that others do for you.
      after i told you that you identify "hate".
      sorry, but if your state was closed down some years ago as it wouldve become by the lack of acting appropriate you wouldnt be even able to chat now.
      but this is how you thank.
      furthermore ... i am still working for you...
      i alraedy understood how this works. the grown ups do the important things, even if the unthankful, not grown-ups keep laughing at them. world is like that. some can and do, the other dont. however, i never want to be on the other side and take out the right to chill out and watch others work... for my own convenience, complaints .. etc.

      Trian Koutsouridis Το ότι είσαι εστιάτορας στο εξωτερικό δεν σημαίνει ότι ξέρεις να μαγειρεύεις κιόλας. Αν πάρω για παράδειγμα όλους αυτούς εδώ τους "επιτυχημένους" που κάνουν πιάτα που δεν αξίζουν να λέγονται ελληνικής κουζίνας, τότε φαντάσου τι θα κάνεις εσύ. Ο μουσακάς θέλει κολοκυθάκι, και γενικά φτιάχνεται όπως τον φτιάχνει ο Άκης, εγώ έτσι μεγάλωσα με συνταγές γιαγιάς και μαμάς. Κι επίσης δεν θυμάμαι να χρειαζόμουν ποτέ την άδεια οποιουδήποτε για να γράψω οτιδήποτε σε οποιοδήποτε μέρος του διαδικτύου. Πήγαινε να φας λίγο τον σάπιο μουσακά σου να ηρεμήσουν τα κόμπλεξ σου και άσε τον Άκη να κάνει ότι γουστάρει.

    • @triankoutsouridis1121
      @triankoutsouridis1121 9 лет назад +1

      Μπορεις να γραφεις οτι θες στο διαδυκτιο, εγω απλα συνεχιζω να λυπαμαι τον αντρα σου...δυσκολο να υπαρχει αλλα ποτε δεν ξες.Αντι να κοιτας τα μπρατσακια και τα ζυγοματικα του Ακη, καλυτερα να κανεις μια βολτουλα στην μανουλα σου μπας και μαθεις απο την αρχη τιποτα! Τωρα οσο αφορα αν ξερω να μαγειρευω εγω δεν θα μπω στην φαση να σου απαντησω...τα μπρατσακια ειπαμε ε, μην ξεχνας. Για το κολοκυθακι του μουσακα που λες, παιζει να το εχεις ΚΑΙ για δονητη...γι'αυτο συρ και γαμησου σκοτομπουρουχα

    • @AnastasiaLampadariou
      @AnastasiaLampadariou 9 лет назад +28

      Trian Koutsouridis Είμαστε κωλολαός τελικά, για αυτό έχουμε πάει μπροστά. Αντί να χαρούμε λίγο με την επιτυχία κάποιου που μπόρεσε να ανοίξει τα μάτια του και θα θέλαμε να ήμασταν κι εμείς στην αντίστοιχη θέση, βλέπουμε πολλά σχόλια που μόνο στεναχώρια μπορούν να προσφέρουν. Επίσης, όπως προείπα η μανούλα μου και η γιαγιά μου μου έμαθαν αυτά που ξέρω. Ακόμη, σε ό,τι αφορά αν ξέρεις να μαγειρεύεις, όχι δεν ξέρεις. Στο σχόλιό σου μιλάς για το μουσακά ότι δεν παίρνει πατάτες. Γάμα τα τα κολοκυθάκια, ούτε πατάτα; Για αυτό άνοιξες εστιατόριο στο εξωτερικό, γιατί απέτυχες παταγωδώς στην Ελλάδα; Και κάτι τελευταίο, μην είσαι τόσο μαλάκας και μισογύνης, μίλα καλύτερα. Υποτίθεται οι άνθρωποι που έχουν κάνει την τέχνη του μαγειρέματος επάγγελμα είναι γλυκείς και ζεστοί και εσύ απ'ότι βλέπω έχεις υιοθετήσει κανονικά και με νόμο την κρυόκωλη κουλτούρα της όποιας χώρας έχεις εγκατασταθεί και τους πουλάς φύκια για μεταξωτές κορδέλες. Παρ'όλα αυτά, σε αυτή τη φάση θα συμφωνήσω να διαφωνήσω μαζί σου γιατί ο μουσακάς που έφαγα για βράδυ με πατάτες και κρεμμύδια και κολοκυθάκια και όλα τα καλά του κόσμου ήταν υπερβολικά νόστιμος :)

    I made this last night and my husband approved. 😅 He said the flavors we all there and the dish held its structure. He is part Greek and lived in Greece for 20 years and said for the first time making this dish, it was spot on. 🎉 Thank you for the clear step by step break down and sharing this dish with us. The only thing I didn't do was add the bechamel into the beef mixture. It did not fall apart which was good.

    Best ever Moussaka recipe. I've made this delicious Moussaka recipe many many many times over the past 8 years and it's always an absolute winner in my house. Sometimes I switch the white potatoes for sweet potato and add mushrooms and omit the egg. Whichever way I make it, the recipe works. I never tire of the gorgeous Akis in the video either. Thank you for sharing your winner recipe.

    I made this (with a bit of improv) the day before yesterday. It was amazing. One of the most delicious things I have ever cooked. Everybody who has tried it said it was the best thing they had in a good while. The way cinnamon and clove work with the meat was very unusual and delightful.
    I was unsure about frying onions over high heat, but they browned well and there was no trace of bitterness.
    I will try to work some of these methods into a Serbian musaka next time I make it.

  • @mardga
    @mardga Год назад

    This is my favorite dish and this is the best recipe I've ever seen. When I cooked Moussaka for the first time, I did it according to the recipe, which said that the vegetables are not baked beforehand, but simply put raw vegetables and ready-made meat filling and, of course, bechamel sauce. It was a disaster, because after 30 minutes of baking, the vegetables were of course raw. So I baked it until the vegetables were done, by which time the filling and béchamel were overcooked.
    That's why I had the idea to pre-bake vegetables. I also usually make a lot of béchamel, probably twice as much as the recipe calls for, because the flavor of the béchamel, in my opinion, is what defines this dish.
    But I didn't try to mix part of the bechamel with the meat filling. I think it's a great idea, I'll definitely try it next time.
    And I also love this dish without potatoes. It's still incredibly delicious, but lighter and healthier.

    Woah ! I am from Egypt never thought moussaka is originally from Greece. I like that he added potatoes and bechamel sauce lookes very yummy. Egyptian moussaka is very different yet also tasty. We put no other veggies than egg plant we fry the eggplact minced beef in a pan chopped tomato and alot of tomato puré onions and garlic chili peppers whole just cut in half add the egg plant and mix garnish with parsley and we eat it with white bread and here you have it. Egyptian moussaka. Love to Greece ❤

    if you wanna be able to make this on a slightly tighter schedule (altho i love taking my time with this stuff) you can place the potato and onion, the aubergine, and the courgettes on separate baking trays on baking paper in the oven (id say hot air) and cook them all at the same time then assemble afterwards. i did this today because i was in a slight hurry and it worked perfectly! absolutely delicious!
