Obviously you’re a chef (the white coat, and gloves). I’ve been looking for a moussaka recipe that hits all the right notes. This seems to be it. I’m creating a veggie version (mushrooms and lentils, rather than beef), pureeing each layer separately (I’m on a no-chew diet for another month, and one can get sick of milkshakes and mac and cheese). Off to the grocery store tomorrow. Oh, btw, new sub.
