Coconut oil with a bit of salt tastes just like real butter and is way cheaper (and tastier IMO) than prepackaged vegan butter. Try it on a baked potato.

It may take a couple of times, especially when you 1st try it out, but once your used to this method, it easy-peasy! Occasionally you may still need the rubber glove, but it won't require brute strength. Give it a try. I've been doing it for ever!
Vegan sour cream: soaked cashews blended with opened probiotic capsule and water. Blend super smooth. Set in cold oven overnight with the light on. Voila! 😘

No complaints, just sweat beads haha! Everyone enjoyed. I am not a huge fan of chickpeas, but this recipe makes them totally delicious and easy to eat. The cheese sauce alone is incredible, good on chips or even by itself, so I will definitely be coming back just for that. Can't wait to make it again. Just got done making these and they were SOOOOOOO GOOD!!! Excellent textures and flavors! We substituted Crystal's Louisiana Hot Sauce for the buffalo, and cashew milk instead of yogurt and water in the sauce, and it still turned out excellent.

I just made this recipe! I added the guacamole inside the quesadilla, and my husband and I couldn’t believe how tasty and filling these were. This is going into the recipe book for sure! I don’t own a food processor or strong blender, so I soaked my cashews overnight and had no problems blending them to smooth with my nutribullet. Thanks for an awesome recipe!

Love it ...thank you. Hint: NO FAIL way to open a tight metal jar lid. Take a regular dinner knife and give 2 or 3 good taps (not hard enough to break the jar please but perhaps enough to put very small dents in the lid which won't affect the use) I promise that the lid will loosen immediately 🤩.

I was a little ambitious trying to make this during a weekday lunch break (cashews were already soaked) and had to rely on my daughter to finish the final steps as I had to join a conference call. I just made a variation of these and they were so good! I didn't make the cheese sauce, just used some shredded vegan mozzarella. I put sauted mushrooms on some and spinach on another. Hit the spot!

I stumbled upon this vid by accident and I am so happy I did! The quesadillas were tasty, unique and oh so creamy. I’ll definitely have to put this one in the rotation. I have to admit that I’ve watched this 3x and laughed at the nooch incident every time. This took quite a while for me to prepare because I made the chickpeas from dried and also made the vegan butter. But I’ve got plenty of leftovers and that’s a good thing. Also, I substituted my vegan sour cream for the yogurt in the recipe and used my homemade hot sauce in place of Frank’s. Thank you for the information and the laughs!

I've made this recipe 3 times and it blows my mind every time. My non vegan friends agree that they are some of the best quesadilla they've ever had. I use slightly less butter, and I find it works a bit better.

Tried these tonight with my partner since she loves spicy food - she loved them and she's often quite picky!!! BTW they pair very nicely with WayFare Vegan Sour Cream! A few things I did differently: I used Cholula instead of the buffalo sauce since we're obsessed with it, and because I don't have a Vitamix, I soaked the cashews for 2.5 hours and they blended smoothly in my blender just fine. I also used a potato masher instead of a fork since I had one. Thank you Nisha!
“Didn’t you have a banana muffin before we started”... “Did I?”... I felt that lmao. Update: I made these for my brother and I and they were AMAZING! He’s not vegan but enjoys everything I make and thought they were out of this world. Instead of cashews (he has a sensitivity to some nuts) I used cauliflower and it was delicious! I still have some left and will def be using it!
I'm not vegan or vegetarian. I'm actually starting a regenerative farm so I look at cows as like the most important part of creating a healthy ecosystem and being able to grow nutrient dense food. But I am no processed, anti inflammatory, very low sugar and your recipes have been helpful to find new ingredients and ways to stretch our grass fed meat. Vegans are very good at finding new ways to use ingredients .
Wow! People are kidding when they say this is great! I just made it for lunch and my husband likened it to something you'd get at a restaurant, it was so yummy and had so much depth of flavor! Oh my goodness!!! These are sooo good :) I didn’t have any onions because of the current recall where I live, so I subbed the onion and garlic for onion and garlic powder. Turned out amazing!
Lol! I made a vegan pumpkin pie (silken tofu based) for Thanksgiving last year. I didn't tell anyone it was vegan ahead of time. Everyone raved that it was the best pumpkin pie they'd ever had. After we were done eating I revealed the truth and they were (pleasantly!) shocked.

also can run under warm water as the warmth loosens the hold the lid has on the jar; works every time!

I stumbled upon this vid by accident and I am so happy I did! The quesadillas were tasty, unique and oh so creamy. I’ll definitely have to put this one in the rotation.
I have to admit that I’ve watched this 3x and laughed at the nooch incident every time.
This took quite a while for me to prepare because I made the chickpeas from dried and also made the vegan butter. But I’ve got plenty of leftovers and that’s a good thing. Also, I substituted my vegan sour cream for the yogurt in the recipe and used my homemade hot sauce in place of Frank’s.

I've made this recipe 3 times and it blows my mind every time. My non vegan friends agree that they are some of the best quesadilla they've ever had. I use slightly less butter, and I find it works a bit better.

Tried these tonight with my partner since she loves spicy food - she loved them and she's often quite picky!!! BTW they pair very nicely with WayFare Vegan Sour Cream! A few things I did differently: I used Cholula instead of the buffalo sauce since we're obsessed with it, and because I don't have a Vitamix, I soaked the cashews for 2.5 hours and they blended smoothly in my blender just fine. I also used a potato masher instead of a fork since I had one. Thank you Nisha!

He’s not vegan but enjoys everything I make and thought they were out of this world. Instead of cashews (he has a sensitivity to some nuts) I used cauliflower and it was delicious! I still have some left and will def be using it!
Cauliflower is such a good idea. My blender never seems to blend the cashews fully, but I’m sure it would be great with softened cauliflower. Thank u!
I'm not vegan or vegetarian. I'm actually starting a regenerative farm so I look at cows as like the most important part of creating a healthy ecosystem and being able to grow nutrient dense food. But I am no processed, anti inflammatory, very low sugar and your recipes have been helpful to find new ingredients and ways to stretch our grass fed meat. Vegans are very good at finding new ways to use ingredients .

Wow! People are kidding when they say this is great! I just made it for lunch and my husband likened it to something you'd get at a restaurant, it was so yummy and had so much depth of flavor! Thanks for all the work you put into your recipes and videos. The are so awesome. And BTW, I didn't have the yogurt when I made this, so I just added more salsa and water and it was just great.
Oh my goodness!!! These are sooo good :) I didn’t have any onions because of the current recall where I live, so I subbed the onion and garlic for onion and garlic powder. Turned out amazing!

Lol! I made a vegan pumpkin pie (silken tofu based) for Thanksgiving last year. I didn't tell anyone it was vegan ahead of time. Everyone raved that it was the best pumpkin pie they'd ever had. After we were done eating I revealed the truth and they were (pleasantly!) shocked.
