I love your videos, they are so helpful. You should have millions of subscribers. I'm trying to figure out how to split the mobility training through the week. Do you think this is good pattern: middle sprit, back bend, front split, back bend, middle sprit , front split.
And Im.also wondering if you do any weight training :)

anybody here who tried this and noticed they are so far up the floor? i have so much work to do for reaching my splits :( if theres anybody here who did thisor these types of routines several times and see improvement shoutout cause my motivation is lower than my splits
