  • Join me today for this 30 exercises 30 Min Full Body Dumbbell Workout. A No Repeat Workout using Only 2 Dumbbells.
    You can use extra weights if you desire or want to make the workout even tougher.
    But with just 2 dumbbells , you can still get an incredible workout in
    As today we will be hitting a little bit of everything in a full body dumbbell workout that will be focusing on some strength, conditioning and some abs and core
    What we will be doing is rotating through 3 different types of exercise
    A full body compound exericse
    A lower body exercises
    then a core exercises
    We will cycle through these 3 hitting different exercises each type until we hit 30 exercises without repeating a single one
    Each exercise will be performed for 40 secs each , with just 15 secs rest to get ready for the next one
    keeping the pace high and the action going throughout
    We will take a quick 30 secs - 1 min break at the half way point if you need to
    Before finishing off the action
    So that's us set
