What parameters are you using to judge which is best and worst? That does not come up clearly because Sasame is polyunsaturated fat that oxidise very easily which then makes it very inflammatory esp if you gonna use it for cooking. So tell us what are you using to judge these oils.
I take a tablespoon of all of those oils every day before eating breakfast, Including black seed oil. Then I put two tablespoons of C8 MCT oil in my Ryze mushroom coffee. Thank you for sharing this information with us Dr. Gundry.
I like your products they are very good. I am one of the one billion people that is obese , because of the SDA diet . I have to do things they don't tell you. No I eat less carbs and anything with wheat and some of the other grains. I made a lot of other changes also . Now I am losing weight. I have more energy and stamina and much better health. Because of a few Doctors on videos like you. You and other doctors and some doing videos who are not doctors , may have saved my life. I share the information with other people and may have saved them
What is your opinion on Camelia oil? 38% Omega 3 with natural Vitamin E. Is this a good or bad oil? Not necessarily as a cooking oil, but to take as a supplement. Thank you for your time. Doug & Sandra
Dr. Gundry, how can one find out if the oil is oxidized or not? Are there any brands that third party certify non-oxidation? I have read that PUFA's & MUFA"s oxidize very quickly and most likely become rancid by the time the oil is in the supermarket. What are your thoughts regarding this? Your feedback would be very helpful indeed.
Is it your favourite or the healthiest? The headline says the healthiest oils - what makes these best than all the rest like Crude Palm Oil that is cold pressed has has not been refined and what about coconut oil and palm kernel oils for cooking?
The title says "cooking oils" but there's no mention of which oils are suitable for cooking. I've read that avocado oil (high smoke point) is okay for cooking at high temps. Is EVOO (olive oil) safe for cooking at high temps?
From what I understand cold pressed means the oil was extracted by mechanical method, no chemical involved. Cold extracted hardly means anything, other than no heating was involved, but rest assured it is not likely by mechanical means, other than chemicals, what other method is there?
I'm flabbergasted that no mention about avocado 🥑 oil. Dr. Gundry's office is a short distance away from me I might leave a bottle on door step. Does he accept insurance? Does he have a medical license? Does he accept appointments? Does he have a little store at his office in Santa Barbara?
No special brand as long as it's extra virgin Italian, Spanish or Greek olive oil. A lot of Greek olive oil is sold to Italy and Spain and then sold as Italian or Spanish. This year there is such a shortage 9f olive oil prodction in general because of the fires in these areas that it has really gone up in price. Italians and Spaniards eat about 12 litres per person a year whereas the Greeks eat about double that.
What about Black walnut oil. From a sustainability perspective we have millions of black walnut trees thriving in the United States. Climate change is going to make it more difficult to get olive oil to the masses. We are going to have to find alternatives that can be sustainably harvested.
I am so sick and tired of you doctors changing your mind every other week of what we should eat and shouldn't eat. Are you a member of the world economic forum and the great reset or what ?
I buy his olive oil. It is so expensive, 40$ (for members) for 250 ml! Imagine I buy my groceries exclusively from WF which isn't cheap either but nothing compared to his prices! I am thinking of switching to one of the brands from WF for olive oil
You got it....unfortunately most doctors promoting their products do the same thing...we must all learn how to discern...take the good info as it applies to your health...leave the rest and do your own research
The fact that we get free medical videos on RUclips by Dr. Gundry is truly a gift. 👏👏👏

What's the difference between cold extracted and cold pressed?
he's not going to answer, he's just going to tell you to go to his website like a robot.

Thank u for info. Tried several videos looking for the time frame in which it may go rancid once opened??

MCT oil is derived from coconut oil.
and coconut oil has approximately 2/3 of MCT oil
refer to the late Dr Conrado S Dayrit book on coconut oil.
You forgot coconut oil.
I was wondering that too or maybe coconut oil isn’t good?

Dr. Gunby are you an example of what you preach?
One more reason not to trust the AMA anymore.
You are recommending seed oils, no way
Surah wateen in Quran also informed of importance,
Allah Ho Akbar
