Not sure you got the safflower information correct. Safflower oil naturally contains a high linoleic fat content. Safflower has been modified to have a high oleic fat content, somewhere between 70-90%. Linoleic makes up a much smaller percentage of the rest. (though they still sell the original high linoleic version alongside the healthier one). Perhaps you can revise your video with that info and your take on the healthier modified oil. Supposedly it's much healthier with the high oleic since they removed alot of the linoleic and it has a higher smoke point good for cooking.

Most of these oils are rubbish because we don't know how they've been processed. Processing damages most foods to some degree. The only oils which are minimally processed are the "cold pressed" ones like extra virgin olive oil. But even the rest won't kill you in small doses. There are worse food dangers out there. Like junk food.

No. I almost never cook with olive oil it has too much taste. It’s a good finishing oil but a poor cooking oil . Stir fry’s usually get too hot and burn the oil since olive oil has the lowest smoke point of all oils.

Cold pressed extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) is indeed a popular choice among many because it’s made through a process that preserves the oil's natural flavors and nutrients. It tends to have a more robust taste compared to other oils. If you enjoy the flavor and health benefits it offers, it’s definitely a great option! I cook with avocado oil and mix it for salad dressing. I have used flaxseed and rice bran oil for food, but I lived in the UK then, didn't have to but it in the fridge. (Good oils were so much easier to access from the shelf in the UK and Germany where I lived for 12 years.) I'm planning on getting your Morrocan olive oil. Because I'm not sold on the sourcing of the olive oil that I see on the shelves. I use coconut oil on my skin with natural (non-color added) shea butter and added scented organic fragrances/essences. Would you guys consider getting into the realm of essential oils for health and skin care (including for pets)?

Canola oil is F tier for cooking. Those omega 3 are incredibly susceptible to oxidation (even worse than omega 6) which produces toxic compounds. You want any cooking oil to be sub 10% PUFA.

Thanks for these amazing informations. I do use refine rapeseed oil due to my food habit as it has high smoking point as compared to coldpressed one. My question is: Do these refined rapseed oil has same benefit as the organic one you told?
