@@davidflorez1196 No. Reducing intake of saturated fat is a band-aid fix to atherosclerosis (just like statins). The real issue is the arteries being oxidized/damaged thus causing the body to release triglycerides (or fat) to prevent them being ruptured.

Extra virgin Olive oil is my go to oil. I had the pleasure of going to Greece and experiencing a farm to table all live producer and learning about the best practices for Olive oil-producing. I had some really high quality Olive oil ship back and am enjoying it tremendously. The polyphenal content is extraordinary!
Most of these oils are rubbish because we don't know how they've been processed. Processing damages most foods to some degree. The only oils which are minimally processed are the "cold pressed" ones like extra virgin olive oil. But even the rest won't kill you in small doses. There are worse food dangers out there. Like junk food.

Nah, the only strict room temp cooking oil you should put in your body is olive oil, but even then I'd say remove all of the room temperature liquid oils and use lard or duck fat.

One thing about olive oil though, if you are looking for high polyphenols it needs to be grown in hardship. Which requires a lot of knowledge. Examples of these are from Morocco.

I use extra virgin olive oil, but there is some confusion as to what is evoo. Oil derived from mixed EU olive oil is not evoo according to a farmer on the Greek Island of Crete, It has to come from olives trees farmed in Greece to be called Extra Virgin Olive Oil ( I have just returned from there ) I bought some back that is produced on a farm that I visited there.

Not sure you got the safflower information correct. Safflower oil naturally contains a high linoleic fat content. Safflower has been modified to have a high oleic fat content, somewhere between 70-90%. Linoleic makes up a much smaller percentage of the rest. (though they still sell the original high linoleic version alongside the healthier one). Perhaps you can revise your video with that info and your take on the healthier modified oil. Supposedly it's much healthier with the high oleic since they removed alot of the linoleic and it has a higher smoke point good for cooking.
No. I almost never cook with olive oil it has too much taste. It’s a good finishing oil but a poor cooking oil . Stir fry’s usually get too hot and burn the oil since olive oil has the lowest smoke point of all oils.

But doctor if I can't cook with flaxseed oil then what am I supposed to do with it, how am I supposed to prepare it then in a certain dish just pour on top like salad dressing or something there's got to be something I can cook it with maybe baking with it or something? I cook with avocado oil and mix it for salad dressing. I have used flaxseed and rice bran oil for food, but I lived in the UK then, didn't have to but it in the fridge. (Good oils were so much easier to access from the shelf in the UK and Germany where I lived for 12 years.) I'm planning on getting your Morrocan olive oil. Because I'm not sold on the sourcing of the olive oil that I see on the shelves. I use coconut oil on my skin with natural (non-color added) shea butter and added scented organic fragrances/essences. Would you guys consider getting into the realm of essential oils for health and skin care (including for pets)?

My main takeaway from the oil vs oil debate:

We do not recommend using olive oil for high heat cooking!
