You're very welcome. I'm going through a workers comp case here in Georgia, I've been using your videos as a reference. Btw yes I will like & hit the subscribe button.
Hi Naomi, Good morning..I sent a referral to you who should be contacting you shortly..On another note, quick question? So,a co-worker of mine who was unfortunately being bullied / harassed at work defended himself against the bullied aggressive behavior and in the process got suspended pending investigation..So said co-worker had a comp case of motion prior to being suspended / possibly terminated ,so how does this affect his comp case going forward? I know long for a Monday ,but I'm just trying to help a co-worker out..Thank you and have an awesome day.
Thank you for your comment Dreamland. Yes, you can have a volume two, three etc of a deposition. This usually happens when they are unable to Finish during the first deposition. Usually the attorney will reserve their right to a part two. The other reason is if there is a change in claim like you add a body patt. Or sometimes when a lot of time has passed, they will take one to get an update on how you are feeling and your treatment. Hope this helps, Naomi
Girl you rock! So happy to see you explain things
