    The technique offered for relaxation definitely needs modification for those dealing with back injuries 😂

      I was going to comment on a similar thing 😅
      The breathing and empowering words are very helpful but some of the injuries I've sustained are in my neck, upper back and shoulders & I don't have the range of motion for standing in this pose for even 15 seconds

    I have a question?

  • @preciouspearl5225
    @preciouspearl5225 2 года назад +1

    Why would a deposition be set if i haven't gone thru surgury yet?

    • @GonzalezLawEmpower
      @GonzalezLawEmpower  2 года назад +2

      Thanks for the question Precious Pearl,
      Surgery is unrelated to deposition timing. Depos are usually set during the 90 day decision period or before a QME. But they can take place any time during your case.
      Hope this helps,
      Naomi
