Yes the same time I was a carpenter and preparing for the contractor test in Arkansas, but the city has had a control burn. Because of vandalism since It's been broken into. I was in a comma with severe injuries.

The lawyer from the defendant wasn't providing the disposition transcript, after many complaints to Attorney General Oficce, finally I got it, but it has a lot of discrepancies, even I do have a translador, the defendant lawyer looks lunatic, my medical records are altered.
I contacted this law firm, I had a initial consultation by phone, I was told that I needed proof of a severe injury for them to take the case, I went and got the proof from a neurologist, I call them back and I was told that my car didn't have enough damage for them to take the case. I'm extremely disappointed at this firm. Be careful who you hire as an attorney.
I’m sorry. Maybe they are saving you from an aggravation that would be more than the compensation. Perhaps, did you consider civil court? Look up the statute of limitations first. Best regards.
People like this won't take on cases they don't think they will win. It's pretty normal and not really a red flag for them, it's probably a sign your case isn't an obvious win.
