Can an attorney from another state represent a claimant? I am from AZ I have a deposition next week and I couldn’t get a lawyer yet😥

Nathan Howser My deposition was a nightmare. My attorney used scare tactics to encourage me to settle the case n refused to fight it. I found out later that my attorney and the defendant attorney knew each other well. I asked my attorney if he found out which part of freightliner truck, 2018 model, was faulty causing it to crash. He has the information but refused to tell me. He kept rushing me to sign the paper to settle for small amount of money, enough to cover medical expenses and resign from my work.
Nathan Howser I asked my attorney what happens if i dont settle today. He said he has clients with cases dragging on for 10 years and he got little money. If i dont settle today the insurance will rush me out of care and offer 3000 only. I told him but im not well yet. He said the doctor that work for my employer said otherwise n showed me xray report no broken bones no bulging discs. I said thats my employers doctor t dont trust him. I wanted second opinion from orthopedic not employers physical doctor. My attorney said if i dont settle today i can see another doctor but at my expense becus insurance wont pay for it.

So if the attorney has evidence do they present it at the deposition?
Yes everything even in cameras at the job or if they send someone to record you so its important to be honest! They might have caught you lifting or they might ask can you move your right arm and they saw you open the door with it drinkin water with it so therefore if you say no well, thats a lie
