👍 Great job! Excellent content in this video! And love the sign language 🤟I truly wish I had found your video sooner. Thank you for replying to someone about the RIGHT to PROOFREADING the deposition prior to it being submitted. I watched many videos, and no one had this information. Thank you so much for sharing this video.
Your content is very good . I would of loved to have your info . Before my depo . My depo went very well for me. I was lucky to find a few depo you tube videos to use for reference. Micheal Burgis info on depo was very helpful to me. Like always Your info has very good content and info for an individual to use . The most important answer is the truth. That way nothing is hidden and not to worry about nothing down the line.
Thank you for the comment Claudia, Vocational training can be a powerful way to help you move on with your life and perhaps a stepping stone to a better career path. However, I am not sure if you are referring to it in the context of settlement. Eligibility is independent of settlement (although can be negotiated into the settlement at times). For eligibility, check out this video. ruclips.net/video/k9hDv3iISbU/видео.html Clients usually have the most success with retraining when using a vocational counselor. If you would like a referral for a consult with a vocational counselor, text "Voc Counselor Referral" to 909-266-0003. Hope this helps, Thank you, Naomi
Ms. Gonzalez, do we get to see our deposition in print after we've had one? I already had my deposition but I don't remember receiving a copy. Awesome content.
Thank you Jack :-) Absolutely, you have the right to review your depo transcript and the right to correct any errors within whatever time your attorney stipulates for. Usually 30 - 45 days from your attorney's receipt of the transcript. You will want to review that transcript any time you have another depo or when you are going to be a witness at trial. Whether you should make changes to the transcript is a judgment call that you and your attorney should discuss per questionable line. Hope this helps, Naomi
Hi Naomi,do happen to know that if both sides agree to a Compromise and Release can I still collect unemployment until I aquire another occupation? Thanks in advance.
@@trinepimentel9693 Hello Trine, Most people apply for EDD disability in that situation. If their case is closed and they continue to not be able to work. Hope that helps, Naomi
My case has been filed in Oakland county? I used to have attorney and I want to fire him because he is not responding to my email for more than two months ago. Can you except my case?
