Great advice . During my deposition the defense attorney brought my boss with him. My boss negligence was directly correlated with my cumulative trauma claim. Then, I asked my attorney if she was allowed to be here present and that I wouldn't mind any other HR rep instead of her . I know they can bring someone but why would they choose my boss instead of someone from the office ?

They are entitled to an employer representative. Sometimes they choose someone with knowledge of the situation so they can give questions to the attorney or tell the attorney if you are telling the truth.
General info, not legal advice, not representing you

Hi! 😊 , I asked my attorny to see if we can get a c&r lump settlement, she said yes yesterday but told me today that she’s doesn’t agree we should do that at this point in the case. It’s been 9 months and I’m tired of everything. Would the attorney telling me she doesn’t not agree with me requesting that affect me in anyway?? I could have sworn I saw one of your videos where you said it would affect me when it goes to the judge. I could be wrong though. Please answer 😊 God bless you ❤

It means your attorney does not think your case is a good candidate for early resolution.
I am actually having a couple videos coming out soon on early resolution.

@@GonzalezLawEmpower my question is will that affect anything when the judge receives the agreement?
