Thank you again for these videos. Yes the treatment system is flawed. It’s such a game with the insurance dragging their feet but I will look into filing for unemployment or disability. It’s ridiculous bc I’ve told my law firm and Dr my employer didn’t offer me a position. It’s absolutely ridiculous for me to just suffer now going on 4 months and they are so liable for this.

Hello, what about repetition work ? Is there a difference in case instead of a place and date injury?

Continuous traumas are considered the same way as specifics regarding permanent and stationary date. So early resolution is pretty much the same. The date is a range instead of one date.
