I'm about to be deposed in a foreclosure suit where the note has a void on the signature page. I'm representing myself because no attorney would take the case without 5g upfront and the total cost being more then the house. Nervous but your video is awesome. Keep trying to second guess their possible questions is becoming exhausting but I'm determined to prove they have no case.
Ma'am, I will eventually be going to a deposition. My issue is, this may not be for a year and I have Parkinson's with dementia. I am terrified I may not be able to remember much of anything they defense council asks as it IS a year or more out I've started a dementia medication but have no idea where I'll be in a year or more. Is this bad for me?

I had union representation, however, both the company and the union are refusing to give me the written statements from witnesses. I am going to set up a deposition, can I get her statement to the company on that day?
Typically you would only be prepared by an attorney if you have retained that attorney to represent you. Discussions between an attorney and a non-client are not privileged by the attorney-client privilege
My lawyer wants to depo my ex so his lawyer comes back doing the same to me… my life’s boring lol they can ask me anything, but my ex is hiding money and lied to child support
