    That is a bit tricky to actually do. Take a step without hitting one of those cones on the track and being able to keep your balance as you run. Helluva workout. Keep it up.

    Can force a certain kind of stride, correct a mistake. But what was the goal here? I love running but never had proper training. I was lucky to have good shoes to correct my overpronation. Running cross training for rowing my strongest sport!

    Unsure what frequency I'd supposed to achieve as a enhanced performance.
    Can someone please enlighten me when no real pace or drive.
    I'm always happy to learn but I was more old school training by a coach who trained a double olympic champion
