Where do you sell your old baseball cards at???
Before I block you, I have to ask. Did you really just tell people to search their attic to see if they have PSA 10 slabbed cards up there? ???
Graded cards ruined the baseball card hobby.
How is that? Just buy an upgraded card.
Yep! You're absolutely right. Grading cards have INDEED RUINED the hobby. So has social media "breaker" trendy shitheads.
I have a collection of Tom Seaver cards. About 100+. About 5 to 10 packs not opened
Imagine coming up on a box of rare cards at the thrift store or storage unit auction.
That’s exactly what I did, about a month ago…came across about 100,000 of them …haven’t been able to go through all of them yet .
@@waterboy1705nice hit
I found a 1989 Score football set at a thrift store - minus the Barry Sanders. $2.99
That Alomar card is actually from the 1988 Score Traded set.
Glossy. Much rarer than the common set.
@@vintagecollector5340 Was there a glossy set? I didn't know that.
@@tedforsure8659 Yes, there's a 1988 Score Traded Glossy set. It was a limited edition set believed to have around a 5,000 print run. They cannot be identified by a photo alone. You'll have to either buy them already graded or purchase them from a trustworthy seller. Very rare and undervalued cards, in my opinion.
@@tedforsure8659 Yes, it was printed to around 5,000 sets. That particular Roberto Alomar RC (in this video) is from that set.
I have about 100 if not more Tom Seaver pacific cards. Some still in the pack
hell yea do more care videos
straight to the point
info we clicked on the video to know
that’s what i like to see
The 1988 Score is actually a Score Glossy rookie of Alomar. Not common!! There were just 5,000 sets printed.
I remember wanting that card as a 12 year old kid, it was worth $80 in 88, of course I have 4 of them now that it's worth nothing
@@billysikes1374 Unfortunately, those players prices were baked into the product at the time. Very much similar to how prospecting is now, except there's alot more money being blown.
Why does it have to be Chrome? Why can't it just be the base rookie without the Chrome
My Father passed away last year and I didn't know my Mother collected baseball cards and you have listed some of her cards but I don't know what year....I'm talking a whole photo album slap full 😯😯
Thanks for the information.
I have tubs of stamps and cards I really need to go through. Need some of that good money
great help for newcomers like me in the card collecting hobby, i just want to ask how can i great my cards? and how much is it?
There are several different grading companies out there for cards, and some more reputable than others. Google - PSA, SGC, Becketts as those tend to be the most respected. Cost starts at around $15ish a card to grade, depending on company.
OMG that jeter is the Bilingul release very important
ahh the Alomar was the glossy so....thats very important
I have Verlander Bowman Chrome rookie is that worth money?
??? What if you have unopened complete sets of cards. Would it be better to keep unopened or open up and see what I have??
Don’t open up a complete set. If it’s complete they means every cards in it so there is no point
would appreciate more AARON JUDGE CARDS
THANK you
I just want to know who the hell at PSA graded that Topps 1994 Prospects a Gem Mint 10 !
Look at all of those print defects . . . . look at Orlando Millers face !! it looks like he was skiing the Alps
I have a card with Dave valle on front and Darnell cole upside down on back and worth nothing but it’s one of a kind and I see no reason why. No one has it but me and can’t make anything on it. Seems like a joke that you could have the one card that there’s no copies of and it worthless.
I have some old Babe Ruth team cards with the players withe and Black color
I legit have 5 24" boxes of sports cards from the early eighties till mid nineties that are packed full. When Mark McGuire was doing his thing I sold 2 rookies from the boxes but otherwise are untouched. AND I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO WITH THEM!
What’s your price
@@mannyknoxville247 I have a lot of cards , which ones are you looking for
Past it on to somebody who understand baseball cards is a religion and its not for sale. Collecting is better than selling the card.
@@pierlouis7325I get what you're saying. I do.
This is awesome.i found a that Jeter multi
I have 2 Michael Jordan basketball cards and was told different prices between 10 and 400 dollars and dont know who to believe
this was a pretty random list. I sell cards that go for more than these a lot on ebay, with exception to the judge card.
I agree. This is a very weird video. I feel like it's by someone who just started collecting, and is for people who have never heard of sports card collecting.
Agreed about grading. It's a coin flip when you submit it whether it'll get a 10 or not. That George Brett doesn't look like a 10 to me. There are lord knows how many people working that grade cards. If a person is having a bad day, you might not get a 10. I can grade cards, what makes them professionals? It's a joke
Yeah like i would pay $900 for an 85 tom seaver card.
I would've pay 900 for his 67 Topps card
Hey, I'm living in cincy, I have cards of all kinds. Do you have business related to collectibles? Nobody is doing it anymore, it seems! Would love some guidance!
What do u think the 1989 upper deck ken Griffey jr rookies go for in a gem mint 9 or 10. I have like 10 of them in holders but not graded yet.
All the ones you have are 8's at best
@@anthonysaponaro6318 I have every complete set of tops, score, and upper deck. Frome1986 to 1993. My Dad bought them for me as Christmas presents every year, and then put them in his closet for 35 years. I guess I kinda just for got about them till recently. None of them have seen the light of day since they were put in the box at the factory.
How about a signed Ken Griffy Jr.1 of 1 signed
That gym mint 10 Alamar is centered 55/45 on the back. SMH PSA!
Where do I take cards for grading
Cards with a T after the number are Topps Traded, right?
I have way over 10,000 thousand cards just dont know how to check on them any help or suggestions?
Ditto, I think many our best bet is taking a picture of each card and using ai. Still a pain, but way faster than searching each card on eBay.
Justin Couch, it should have been "Now, this next card here..."
and NOT "Now, this next COIN here..."
What's up, dude?!?!?
I have the Barry Bonds 91 Elite.
what would a full set of these cards be worth of the Top 1991 set ?
The only way to make it work is to get the best out of it so you can make the most money
Well done 👍
Worth a lot of money but only in PSA 10 doesn't really count (still why 1985 Topps Tom Seaver of all things?). Just like a few years ago those clickbaitey videos showing your old Game Boy (for example) could be worth big money...but only if it's new and sealed or at minimum CIB. That's not really the same thing.
PS: If this is how much the regular Seaver and Alomar went for I can only imagine what their Tiffany (no not the singer) versions would be...
I got in good condition George Brett 1987 .Topps 1987 who want to buy I got from 1927
Just found your channel. Dayton here
On the third card you called it a coin😂
You just love glossing over important reasons why some of these cards are valuable. And who is gonna stumble upon a red refractor numbered to 5... only 4 more in the world.
Me 2 Zac granite rc twins 1/5
Jim Thome cards?
how much is this 1974 quarter dollar liberty
Thanks for these
I can tell you one thing Roberto Alomar in the 1988 score set is not worth 500. even a 10 now because it's in the traded set it maybe a 100.00 card
prices have gone up on everything so why not cards. the 1988 score set isn't desired like the upperdeck or stadium sets.
score isn't post ceral or kmart but their also not topps or Fleer . I would say Alomar is about 100.00?
for a 1990's cards how hard are they to find in a 10? it's not like say 1974 cards say Bench as an example theres no mystery in finding these cards in a 10?
you know what I would pay for Verylander 2005 about 25.00 graded or ungraded in that condition?
THAT GEORGE BRETT IS NOT A GEM MINT 10🤣🤣🤣🤣TOP LEFT CORNER, WHO'S GRADING THIS CRAP?
Where is that value at again?
I have a 1988 score complete set that Is factory sealed never been open. I got it for Christmas in 1988
I have a lot of baseball cards. Like No cap. 2 million. 80’s 90’s.
Grading is a scam
Agreed!
Love that
Grading has ruined this hobby. So has social media "breaker" trendy shitheads.
I got a j rod red hi fi 5/5 mojo hopefully he goes ape and hof
