Incredible, 30 minutes and all information about Ken Griffey Jr cards. I enjoy PSA Collector videos. Thank you.
Thanks for the feedback! Glad you enjoyed the video 👍
What they mean by authenticate, I could have a fake baseball card?
I know this video is a year old but I wonder how much these cards have raised up in a year's time glade to see you making videos again
Loved this viddy mate! Griffey cards get me so fired up about collecting.
Griffey is 🔥🔥! I love browsing eBay for the overlooked refractors! Thanks for the feedback 👍
12:48 - I have this card! It's in pristine condition! I used to collect Griffey Jr. cards back in the late '90s!
Great way to get information 10:21
I have been collecting coin for the last 4yrs so a friend of a friend i did a job for sold me 2 shoe boxes of baseball, football and Basketball cards and i will collaborating through your channel for fun card facks. Going to watch another video.
Griffey's are still going up in value!
Got the donruss rookie and the 91 upper deck a couple others he's a hot sell
@@Godzillafan1980 I have the 89 fleers rookie.. Perfect condition.
@@zacharyforeal good card
Try and sell them, everyone has 50 of them.
Hey Matt! You may think about adding the Ken Griffey Jr. Pinnacle Church’s Chicken Show Stoppers #3. Low POP, pretty rare. Thanks! A big fan of your vid’s!
I think the prices should be updated every 5 years...Base cards, Tiffany and glossy should be better explained...
Awesome videos! I had no idea that these cards are worth so much graded. I’m excited to get back into collecting cards again. U have a new subscriber. Mahalos from Kauai, Hawaii
Awesome video Griffey was my favorite growing up watch this a couple times the Topps finest are just beautiful cards thanks for the video
Losers
Great list! Wow, 98 Flair had the mojo pattern back then and 99 Skybox, the prism that we still see today...sweet!!
Yep, in the Panini Prizm Scope cards too!
Maybe you can look into Frank Thomas or Randy Johnson.
I'm glad to see this type of video because it gives me a list of ones that are of value.
I honestly prefer Beckett grading services more than PSA for one simple reason. If you notice the cards are not secure inside PSAs encapsulation
I have that #23 card, just now looking at my cards from the 90's. That's is crazy.
What about Ken Griffey Jr, 1991 superstar series “Post”. Only 40 out there
Griffey Jr. ❤
Great video. I've got several of those cards on that list. Haven't looked at my cards in over 27 yrs. Almost certain I've got that Bowman & Fleer rookie as well as multiple Tiffany Topps. Can't wait to pull them out & see what I've got. Thanx for bringing back some great memories as a kid. Wish you could see my smile my man.
Same and same! Hoping I have number 1!
this is an amazing video. Great research. I use your videos to go card shopping. Thanks for what you do
Thanks, sir! I picked up about $50 of Griffey cards on eBay while making this list lol, it's tough not to shop!
@@GRADEDCARDINVESTOR I did the exact same thing. I got a few raw copies of cards you featured.
I have a huge Jeff bagwell collection and have no idea if they are worth anything
Where would a good place for me to put up for auction my collection of Griffey's?
Hey I really appreciate the work you put into these videos. I made a comment about psa which I know you are not a part of, and not everyone there is “iffy”. #21 probably one of my favorite die cuts of all time!
Awesome! Thanks for the feedback!
Gee, wish I coulda saw my '89 SCD Griffey rookie make this list as it must be one his rarest '89 cards currently in existence. In any event, thanks for sharing this :)
Great video! Keep them coming!
An update video would be interesting.
Awesome list, missing many of these from my Griffey collection!
I think its awesome what your doing man. You explain things clearly for the people who arent that familiar with the hobby. Some people think they’re sitting on a gold mine when its far from it. It gets tiring explaining this stuff to people...for now on ill just recomment your videos
Thanks Andy, I appreciate the feedback. You hit the nail on the head!
I remember when he played for San Bernardino. It wasn’t that far from where I lived but we knew what we saw
Would have been awesome to watch him play! And get an autograph and pic!
If I only knew lol
Don’t forget 1990 Fleer Soaring Stars Griffey JR. PSA 10 goes for about $2-4k
Is the 1989 fleer José Uribe baseball card worth a lot of money if it’s date of birth is wrong
Topps Finest Refractors have always been my favorite cards (of the later years of cards anyways) .. I'm more of a basketball card/memorabilia collector, but the Refractors are sweet in any sport 👌👌
I have that tops tiffany not graded but it's never bin out of its sleeve is it really worth getting the psa?
I have thos gold border minor league card I found years ago I'm going to have BgS ID for me. I like BGS better because the subgrades and the secure the card not to slide around.
Thank you for all your hard work putting these videos together. Your an inspiration to many including me. Have a question? How do you determine print runs for sets? Is there a website that states the print runs for each set? Thanks in advance.
ONe of the few cards that i kept through the years was a ken griffey gold signature card. Put it in a case the day we got it. Just switched it to a one touch after i found it again.
Hey Matt, keep on keeping on with the videos, you got me back in the cards!!!! Been veging on your help ! Showing alot of information thanks alot brother ! Love the channel, just need sell some GEMS👍, THANKS AGAIN MATT, johnnypotatoes 😎
Thanks for the feedback, John! I appreciate it 🙏🏼
Awesome content!!!
Another great vid, Matt. I don't have any of these cards. Some of them I didn't even know existed, like a lot of other people I guess. Keep 'em comin' I'll keep watchin'. Did you do Ripken Jr. yet? I have some of his cards, I want to see where they stand.
Thanks, Rod! I'll add Ripken to the list! Sounds like a fun one 👍
@@GRADEDCARDINVESTOR Yeah, give 'er. There's not enough information on this guy for my liking. Hey Matt, do you do trades? I have some Blue Jays Exclusive to Canadian Walmart, 2018 Topps Opening Day cards. They are blue with white maple leafs going up the side of the cards. Have you seen them?
You lookin for any ken Griffey jrs ?
Got #42 and its been in a sleeve forever! Doesn't look faded, might have to send it in.
Awesome straight to the point video. I have a few of these cards, maybe I should get them graded. I've been told that my junk wax cards would never be worth anything, maybe they were wrong.
Take a loop and look at them very closely before you pay to have them graded. Make sure they are actually in really good condition, then take a few of them to a card shop and ask the owner to tell you what he thinks they would grade. Most of us who have these cards don't have them in 9 (let alone 10) condition.
Great video! When it comes to the 1996 finest refractors, would you consider it a good buy if I can get my hands on PSA grade 9’s? Or should I only go for 10s? (Difficult because they’re so few!) thanks for any feedback!
I love the 1997 EX-2000! These cards were beautiful and have become exceedingly rare now days as supply has been drying up. Its becoming increasingly difficult to attain ANY unopened material. In my opinion the EX-2000's were the finest release of the 90's. Griffey EX-2000 has been rising in value lately. Used to be able to buy for $15-$20, now its around $40-50$.
Awesome page Matt! Its time for a Michael Jordan top 50!
Thanks! I'm working on the Jordan list. It's a big one so it's going to take a little longer. 👍
Thanks again for the awesome info very cool
Thanks for the feedback, sir! Glad you enjoyed 👍
PSA COLLECTOR absolutely your videos are very informative and helps me to know what cards to collect I’ve watched some of them repeatedly to just to be accurate on future purchases Thanks you
I just found a cool members choice... Love this video
I knew the Finest would be number 1...at the National I saw the Upper Deck duel auto of Mickey and Griffey PSA 9 for $2500
Nice content. Keep it up. We are a fan!
Thanks for the feedback, guys! 👍👍
I also had a 2 boxes of Griffey jr. Bars I got from him personally in 88 or 89
Awesome!
Thank you. I need to get mine graded
I also agree that the Tiffany cards should be explained more
Almost commented about the top 10 until I actually watched the beginning where they had to be psa graded. There are a lot more valuable Griffey cards.
Yep, ya gotta watch the whole video 👍
What do you think of the 93 Donruss elite dominator?
I just bought it on eBay yesterday.
Great card! I could have put it on the list but it fell a little short but I can see the value for a gem mint 10 going up in the near future.
What about the 1990 Topps debut 1989 card? Also the 1989 Score Young Superstars 2. Both cards Distributed in factory sets only. Are these good cards to have? How rare are they?
Hey Playboy, I had the Griffey jr. 92 Topps Desert Shield mini from Cracker Jacks
lol, Topps didn't make 1992 Desert Shield and they didn't make micro Desert Shield cards. You've gotta be thinking of the '92 Topps Micro set.
@@GRADEDCARDINVESTOR They're the same size. Have you seen Baby Yoda yet?
How much does it cost to get a card graded. and what is the most popular service. Thank you.
Great video. It's 2022 and just randomly came across your video. I have a question though. What do you mean when you say there is a "population" of whatever? I've heard that expression before, but never knew what it meant.
Great video and cards 👍🏼👍🏼
Thanks, Eric! 👍
The '97 to '99 inserts are works of art!
Love the 1989 Donruss Griffey Jr Rated Rookie!!!
It's the worst investment of the 45 on this list...
Great list...I knew that 93' finest was gonna be #1
I thought I was going to find another one that sold for more buuuut not even close! The '93 finest is his supreme card so far.
Ya, i thought about picking up a psa 8 just to put away...dang Xmas...lol
I have his rooky card unfortunately it has a crease in card from being bend. 😒
Can you do Edgar Martinez? I have a huge collection of him and Jay Buhner along with Griffey.
I have over 300 kgj cards he was my favorite player growing up
I have over 300 Griffey Jr cards that I haven’t looked at in 20 years. I have a few of the cards you mentioned but not sure what the “Tiffany” means.
Thanks for lust, very informative......
I have a legacy showcase 98 Griffey Jr ...I have a question was it like goldish holographic I have one I'm trying to match up the closest I can find is the legacy showcase row 3 one
Did you consider the 1997 Score Blast Master Griffey card? It's an interesting card and very few PSA 10's
The only sale I found was back in 2018 for a PSA 10 which sold for $79 which is a little too low for the list. Awesome looking card though! I love that yellow cracked ice design 👍
I got a johny bench with his balls hangin out error card.. What's it worth?⚾⚾
No runs, no Hits and no errors
I have the Ken Griffey card that you showed as #42. I think mine is a rare one, the picture of the card and the stats on the back are offset towards the top. I've looked all over online and can't find another like it. I would like to send you a Pic and let me know what you think
My friend is a subscriber to your website and he is in his late 50s.
He has “unopened, sealed, factory set” of a collection of 1989 MLB season class that includes 3 of the Ken Griffey Jr Rookie Cards listed.
Any advice for what he could/should do next with them if he’s looking to get it graded?
-Thank you, Kevin
I think these cards should go up in value every year
Ok so I have a autographed Ken Griffey card and it's the same card as the #41t one so how much do you think it would be worth?
What about the value of his '89 Topps Traded card? Is it worth anything?
Thanks for the nice video! Newly subbed here!
Thanks for the feedback and Welcome!
PSA COLLECTOR 👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿
I have a Ken Griffey jr with Barry bonds in the same card fleer 1991 unopened pack could see the names on bottom of pack I believe it’s card 710 almost tempted to open package
I have a Topps 41T and Fleer 548 they are in a excellent condition. I want to get them Psa graded where should I go I’m in CA
Thanks for doing these show s very informative
Glad you like them! Thanks for the feedback!
Glad you like them! Thanks for the feedback!
I have a 2003 UD 40 MAN ENDORSEMENTS AUTOS of KGJ #21 of 33 signed and hand numbered in blue ink. Not only has 1 never been sold on eBay, but you can't even find a pic of this card on the internet. Any idea of value?
Do you have the 88 Fleer Billy Ripken
I LIKE YOUR VIDEOS AND THANKS FOR THE INFO BUT WHO'S MUSIC IS IN THE BACKGROUND?
It’s called trapped from YT library 👍
I don't think this should be on the list but as an honorable mention I have 2 Griffey items you don't see very much(I like oddball stuff)
•1989 #STVN 1225i multicolor 60 cent ST. VINCENT Ken Griffey Jr Rookie of the Year STAMP graded PSE 10
•1989 #3 Ken Griffey Jr Mother's Cookies graded PSA 9
I don't think they are very valuable but one day they may be,I think they are pretty cool...
Very cool Griffey cards. I love the oddball cards he has 👍
The Mother's Cookies cards are nice. It's not worthless, a PSA 9 is maybe $25.
I have many of these cards but have not submitted them for grading.
I have the 89 upper deck it’s a PSA 9 I’m guessing like $450 dollars today in 2021
I have an 89 score griffey young s.s . Card #18 in series 2 in a psa 10 what's it worth
So is there any reason to get cards graded if I know they wont get a 9 or 10?
Nope.
Nope... unless they are pre-war. If you have Mickey Mantle, Hank Aaron, etc., then yes. If you are talking about 80s-current, then nope.
I have some of these cards should I sell them or wait?
It all depends on which one's you have and what kind of condition they're in.
You should do one on Barry Bonds
I will soon, stay tuned!
love this video good job
I've got a round Ken Griffey Jr card released from a Seattle meat company that Griffey Jr was looking for himself on his website 2 or 3 years ago What's the value of this card Griffey Jr wanted himself
For everyone out there u should all no i had a 1943 D copper that i found . I had a freind that said he would put it in his dads safe for me and when i asked for it back he said someone stole it. This was last summer so if anyone out there comes across one recently its probley the one hes from rainer Oregon.
How can I tell if it’s a Tiffany?
Thank you for your video's about all of player and I would like to know if any one as a cereal box card
Cards that come off of cereal boxes are graded by PSA. They are graded just like a standard trading cut. 👍
When you mean population of 42 or whatever, thats total correct? Not PSA graded? Sorry I know its not the greatest question, but I am getting back into card collecting.
it's not a total. It's the number of PSA 10's for that card.
How can we get these other players as well players like Cal Ripken jr. Frank Thomas Greg Maddux Tom glavine John Smoltz Rodger Gary Sheffield Clemens Kirby Puckett Mark McGwire Robin Ventura Ozzie Smith Juan Gonzalez Ivan Rodriguez Scott Rolen Albert Belle basically all the Hall of Famers
I’ll be knocking players out as I go. Lots of research is needed for the older stuff. Check out my channel I have a Mark MCGWIRE video up
Great video
Please do more hockey videos. I'd donate to the channel for more hockey info.
I have that '89 donruss still in a sealed complete set
Check out these Ken Griffey Jr. cards ending on eBay: ebay.us/i7glkE 🔥✅
