    Hello everyone!
    It's a really hot summer in Korea. I like summer, what do you think?
    Today I prepared seasonal ingredients.
    (And in the video, when I added the starch, I just added it, but if you dissolve it in a spoonful of water before adding it, it won't clump and it's better.
    I also always forget and just add it..😭)
    Ingredients (9 servings)
    ✔Pie dough
    100g cold butter
    160g all-purpose flour
    20g sugar
    2g salt
    30 g cold water
    ✔Peach peeling
    400g peaches (excluding skin and seeds)
    60g sugar
    15g lemon juice
    7g corn starch
    Yolk + 1 spoon of milk
    ✔The amount of sugar can be adjusted depending on the sweetness of the peaches. The yellow peaches I used were moderately sweet.
    Korean varieties of yellow and white peaches do not have a sour taste, so 15g of lemon juice is appropriate, but nectarines are sour, so just 10g is enough, and a little more sugar would be good.
    ✔Bake in a preheated oven at 356℉ for 15 minutes and then at 338℉ for another 15 minutes. Every oven is different.
    Make sure it is baked golden brown.
