We've all been in that situation before-felt that mix of insecurity and anger. In fact, anyone who's seen Kathy Bates in "Misery" knows about jealousy firsthand. I like your videos because even though I'm not the type who needs to watch videos on how to control my life I have a lot of friends who could use these tips and I usually don't know exactly what advice to give them, so I just refer back to your videos. Your friendzone ones helped me realize I needed to get out of the situation I was in though, and I thank you a lot for that :)

This is so weird because this did happen to me. I was piss of and jelly when my friends didn't let me go to the movies with them. I found out they didn't let me go because of it was a horror movie and I didn't like them. I feel better now because of that and this video. Thank wellcast! :)

Isn't it a curse? I get envious easily especially when it comes to appearance and career success. Couldn't help myself comparing to others..
If you're jealous of, let's say, someone having a new phone and you having a crappy old one, then only the first step works AND doing only the first step would make things worse than they were, in my opinion. This is only helpful in some specific cases.

In situations where there's competition jealousy can be good and motivate you to do better but if it's just arousing unnecessary suspicions in a friendship it's only a bad thing.
