This is exactly what I have a problem with :( Except my problem is that im very shy so its hard for me to make friends and when I do finally make some I am never able to maintain them :/
Just remember that some friendships will die no matter what you do.
Yeah... these aren't bad tips but... it's extremely tiring if it's only one side doing these four steps. And that's just unhealthy for a relationship (friendship kind). Any kind of relationship (friendship or couple) require both sides to contribute. =/
Ya sometimes people are only meant to be in your life for a season. Put in the effort and if it doesn't work out than that's ok, don't force it, it should come naturally. They may come back eventually or they may not, but either way you made an impact in each others lives even when it doesn't feel that way

Thanks Wellcast. I'm in my last year of high school, and I felt scared about my present AND my future friendships. This made me feel a little better.
After college all of my supposed friends stopped an and all kinds of communication. I know that everything withers in time but that was pretty fkd up. I saw them all as more than friends, they were family. That is why these kind of separations hurt so bad. So be prepared young friends: nothing lasts. And precisely thats what makes everything so special in life. So cherish you time together, and let go when all is over.
Now this is all fine and dandy but I have one important question...
What if you never had any friends to begin with?

I am leaving my closest friends this year and going to college 14.5 hours away, but with this video I definitely found new ways to keep in touch with them. But luckily one will be 3.5 hours from my college...you know who you are!

So what do I do in my situation where no matter how many times I bug them they don't take action to hang out? They almost always say they're to busy, and then they somehow make time for other people... what's frustrating is I don't ask all that often, for the very reasons above..

It is easy for me to make friends even if I don't try they come up to me! But once they are in another class it is easy to forget rather than continue friendships. I guess I don't have committment.

What if it's a long distance relationship/friendship and you can't really call the person or video-chat with them often...will it still last if you chat with them through email, online messengers etc?
I miss my friend so much. I moved away during high school. We're both soo busy, so we hardly talk. But when we do. It's like nothing has changed. Although we talk about whats new. And it seems pretty okay. But when we don't talk or text. It feels like we've disconnected from eachother. And it makes me soo sad. :( i don't mind being busy or her being busy. I just miss my friend.
When I started secondary school about a year and a half ago, I had to say goodbye to my best friend from Primary school cuz she went to a different secondary school but not long after starting at secondary, I make some friends and now I'm nearly starting year 9 and I have 2 friendship groups, I would rather have 2 friendship groups than have 10 groups because I wouldn't be able to make time for them all but it's better to have more than 1 group of friends in case you fall out with the people in that 1 group, just some advice, don't know if it will help ;)

Been through that phase of life. it isn't easy let me tell you. But in end you actually learn who are your friends and who aren't.
What if your friend lives in Sweden and you live in The US? :( we. Email but it's not the same as it used to be he's 6 hours ahead in time so we can't really call either :(

I got really pissed with all my friends today so like we were at lunch yeah and I was being quiet not like normal AT ALL, I'm kind of the leader off my group so we were there and my ex was there and I didn't want to really talk to him, so I left. AND NO ONE NOTICED. there was like 10 pepole there and no one noticed I was gone, and now I'm arguing with my best friend. HALP ME
How bout you not over react...? People were eating, that's why they weren't paying attention. And saying your a leader of your friends is kinda mean. Friends are supposed to work together, not control each other.
by at lunch i mean we were at break lunch the middle of the day yeah that hour. And there's always kind of 1 or 2 most popular people out of the group and the most confident. I just feel that i wasn't getting noticed enough i know i sound like self centered, and that in over reacting that's just what i feel ok.

My friends hate me they ignore me I sit by them they talk about how I made mistakes and my mom all she does is Yells at me not my sister my sister at age 13 almost 14 years old I'm 11 I'm yelled at every day and my sister is like the little perfect angel she does "nothing " wrong it makes me depressed and makes me less happy at school I used to be smiles every day now I'm that girl who hides in her room ands cries because no one likes me my mom says she loves me I doubt it
I bet your mom loves you, you may get yelled at but she created you so of course she loves you. stick with people in your class that share the same interests. do you like gaming? hang out with kids that like gaming. you may end up liking the same game as them! and if that doesn't work, just remember that you are awesome and confident

Do you all realize this is a reupload? Please, everyone, unsubscribe. We ought not condone this policy of reuploading old work.
But this brings an older video into greater visibility for people who haven't seen it yet - plenty of comments indicate this is their first time! Come on, it's a FREE VIDEO SERIES. Do you really need to bag on it? Have you made a multi-video series of your own that only uploads new content? Hmm?
It takes a shit ton of work to make even the simplest of animatics, not to mention recordings and research. I wouldn't judge so harshly unless you were A) paying for the content or B) making something even better.
Rather than complaining in the comments, take the next step and send a query to Wellcast themselves - I'm sure they'd let you know what's up if you, yanno, put a little effort into it :P
