Periods don’t hurt at all only sometimes when you have cramps but they’re not as bad as people describe them and if you want to have less painful cramps don’t eat spicy foods during your period. Also, last thing THERE ARE BLOOD CLOTS!!! Basically these little jelly things that are made of blood, don’t be frightened it’s normal for them to come out!
