Not really. It's heavy and expensive for what you're getting. If you're actually buying for performance, a C6 Z06 is a better performance for $ spent. Even could make a good case for a C5 Z06, at 405 HP it's a lot lighter and more nimble than any variant of the Challenger and for around $20-24k and performs on par with Scat Pack (slightly better, actually). The Challenger is specifically a car for people who want a lot of horsepower in a car mostly made for cruising. It's not a great performance value really in any category, but as far as cars that are cruisers and also have a lot of horsepower, it does take up that space. Otherwise the Mustang or Camaro are better performers for similar or less money.
There really is not footwork actually. Have launch control ready. PUT LEFT FOOT ON BRAKE to the floor - Activate LC- (foot still on brake) PUT GAS PEDAL TO the FLOOR (right foot☺). Done! ► RELEASE BRAKE- Off ya go.!

Kcars--- Its easy to engage ...once you get the brake / floor it, down.. Its NOT easy to get the rpm or throttle feathering down so you DON'T leave Rubber !!! I have yet to see a video on how do do THAT !! 'cause it's probably not possible. ► 392 6.4L Scat Pack..= Burnout. In all Modes. Any ideas/video...appreciated..

It should give you instructions once you engage launch control. I’d assume that you hold in the clutch, floor the gas, and then dump it
