    Thanks Francesco! I'm going to give it a go. I just use the due date functionality at the moment but it's so easy to miss a deadline when you work that way and I constantly have to move my cards around whenever I change a due date.

      It's a really neat tool! I think you'll find a lot of use in it!
      Especially for planning content :-)

    I would be lost without Planyway. I integrate all of my calendars and to-do lists onto one planyway page, so that I can see everything that needs to get done in one place. Note that I believe the review is of an older version. I do pay for it, but it's worth it for me.

    Hi Francesco,
    thanks for the video! I've been using the Planyway Calendar Power-Up for a little while with the Trello PC desktop version. It's a little different there, as I will describe.
    I only found three things which set it apart from the native Trello Calendar Power-Up:
    1. it is a little more cutomisable
    2. it looks nicer than the native Trello Calendar Power-Up
    3. in my setup, the the Multiboard View function is active and operational
    => the last point is astonishing, since you showed the conditions on the Planyway Website, but it works flawlessly on the free PC desktop version. I have 10 Trello Boards (just for testing stuff, not that I use all the 10) and the Planyway calendar shows me on one calendar (on any given board) all the items of all the boards. But on PC it does not have the nice view options that you showed, which is a shame.
    But just last week I decided to go back to the native Trello Calendar Power-Up. You can drag&drop the exact same way with it, and the native Trello Power-Up has something which is quite important to me: full calendar integration with iOS. So you can connect each calendar on each board via an .ics - Link to the iOS-calendar (or any other calendar). The end result is exactly what Planyway does: I can have the events from all my Trello Boards in one (!) place, which is, for me, the iOS calendar and anything that connects with it (for me: Things 3 and Fantastical).
    Keep up the great work and Cheers!
    Andreas

      Hey Andreas! Not sure if you are still using the native calendar, but I can't seem to drag and drop cards into the calendar. The calendar just takes up the whole screen and blocks all of the cards. Does this happen to you?

    Cool feature for Trello. I'm not a Trello user or fan, but I could see how that would be very useful. I'm more of an Asana user, but after this episode I might have to take another look at Trello.

    Cool power-up indeed. What's frustrating is that most of these power-ups for Trello aren't available on the iPhone app. Not even the mobile website. Anyhow, thanks for another great video.

      Thanks so much :-) Glad it helped

    Great concept, but I'm loving the cronofy Trello connector which is free. I have Trello GOLD but don't want to use a powerup on a calendar and I can't live without my google drive, Evernote and card repeater powerups!

  • @GillesDuvoisin
    @GillesDuvoisin 6 лет назад +1

    Hi Francesco, thanks for sharing this Powerup! You should try Cronofy. It's the best Power-up for Trello. It also works for Evernote . You will love it

      I'll give it a try Giles.
      There are so many wonderful Power-ups, it's awesome.
      Thanks for your support!

    List per technician for a day with hourly time line on vertical axis? This allows car in each techs list to be stretched down or up to modify finish / start times but also move the card up or down the timeline and it stays locked in that position regardless of ones earlier being moved to done. Also allow cards to be moved between techs. Great daily job manager but i have not seen anything in Trello power ups to do this?

    Does it work with iOS calendar and are there alternatives that you have found? Does it work for multiple boards? Thank you. Great video!

    Hi Francesco great info as always!
    Will this allow you to schedule 2,3,or 4 things at t same time?
    I’m really looking for a trello addon to allow me to schedule production over 4 people on the same view...

      Being able to view multiple boards is a Pro function, so you'll need to upgrade.
      It'll be very handy for that I think, happy to clarify on email :-)
      Thanks Philip :-)

    Does it works on Mobile?? Couldn't find it :( otherwise its a very limited and poor solution, since the major part of my planing (and i guess others as well) goes on the road , means on my mobile.... So then I don't get it...?

    Why not use an app that does this already like ClickUp or Notion?

    How did you get the Planyway plugin to hover above the board? I just installed it and it's a pop up overlay view not allowing drag and drop functionality. Is this because you have the Chrome extension too? I'm favouring ASANA already...

    Thanks Francesco. Do you know if the team version alows for multiple calendars within the same board? I'd like to delegate projects from one board to multiple Google Calendars.

    • @toolfinderhq
      @toolfinderhq  6 лет назад +1

      Yes. That's it, Steven, it's a way to view multiple boards and calendars inside one board. worth exploring or using the 14-day free trial there.

    How did you keep your background photo in the Planyway? Mine becomes a light gray that is barely distinguishable from the white cards.

    Francesco, how can you drag and drop your Trello tasks at the bottom of the screen into Planyway calendar? It doesn't allow me to do that. I have to create tasks in Planyway, if I want to move them into calendar. Am I doing something wrong?

    • @toolfinderhq
      @toolfinderhq  2 года назад

      Hi there Aranojas - I think Planaway might have changed a bit since we last did this video. I'd best reach out to the support team for more specific help.

    • @73cidalia

      There should be a hidden sidebar to the right of the Planyway calendar that shows your lists and cards. From there you can drag them onto your calendar. You just have to unhide it. Click around. You’ll find it.

      Do you think? It's hard to make a plug-in application like this as they have limitations to what they can do, to my knowledge. :-)
