I don't need a 'DAY PLANNER' , I would like a monthly planner where I can keep track of my different workout activities and events throughout the month. A calendar with BIG SQUARES for each day that I can click on , easily expand, enter lots of text and easy edit, (win10) and NOT ADS. Is that available?
This was so helpful! I love Google Calendar personally, but I do agree that Google Tasks is not the most intuitive, so time blocking is a bit more difficult. Thank you so much for sharing this!
I was looking for a comprehensive video of better or alternative scheduling systems and I must be honest and say I’ve never been so inclined to adopt a new system before. Your clear description and efficient direction was appreciated guide and I even enjoyed the add for shortform so much I did my own research and decided to sub. I don’t know if your hear this often but I Just wanted to say thank you to you and your team for your great video and continue making useful and relevant content!
This was extremely helpful! As a university student organisation is NOT my strong suit, and that was keeping my full potential away, I always knew I needed a timetable, and google had done its work for me in the past, however thanks to you I know where to start for a better timetabling software! Also I usually skip adds but 'short form' seems really great actually, I'll consider using it. Thanks again, and truly God bless you!
I just hit the like and subscribe button for this channel and I really appreciate the value that this channel and similar channels bring to the community, to the personal development journey of everyone. The truth is that I also owe RUclips for developing myself as I am today and becoming a better version every day. I am always grateful for this and I think it is my turn to contribute value to RUclips, to the community even though it is still very small. That is why I just created the first video on RUclips in my life on the topic of personal development. Hope it will also help the community. Thank you
Valuable vlog. I'm grateful if u could do full tutorials on each app from downloading, blocking to reviewing as this is not descriptive enough to use. We have to refer other tutorials in RUclips to use these apps
Google works for me right now because I have so many side hustles. But I will check a couple of these out. I even use paper planners. But my Google is my life for real.😊
I was more interested in how this will appear to me on desktop or on phone to tell me that I have to do something. I need to be noticed in time like an alert or something that will appear many times in a day to make me not forget
@@mariana-vieirawhere in the description is the link to "Plan" added? Having a hard time locating myself. Great video though, very helpful if we can find the apps itself.
This is nice, but it doesn't quite hit what I want. I'd like to get into better task management as right now I have basically no task management in my life, and it can be a problem to get motivated. The thing is, the basic things I want from any sort of calendar/task app is what I want from most apps: An ability to self-host or at least some sort of privacy focus. At the moment, I've installed the nextcloud calendar and task apps. We'll see how that goes.
Just out of curiosity, have you explored and compared these time management suites against/with Essential PIM? It's desktop and tablet compatible, and offers time management and task management capabilities.
Great video Marianna! Always love your recommendations and learning about new apps. 😍TickTick definitely looks appealing! Curious, do you use it to plan projects, and for creating recurring tasks (e.g. video content creation)? Or do you plan in Notion and transfer it over? Obrigada!
Hi Mariana, I wondered if you have tested Reclaim yet, which is an AI based time blocking app. I was interested in using it but I trust your videos and tests most. :D

It's so good. Very affordable, too~ It's really great for someone like me who has ADHD :D My favorite feature if you can schedule something from your email. So if I receive an event notif or something for school, I just send it to ticktick so I won't forget haha

Hi Mariana! I've been working with Plan since watching this video, but is suddenly stoped working and I can't reach them for support. Do you have any way of contacting them?
Any app that can do this, with the apple eco system? Like apple. And have collaboration with my fam. But would like to have a way to put my reminders into the calendar.
My only issue is my trust in alternatives. As in, dont go out of business/shut down. Unfortunately, or fortunately, Google seems to be the least likely to ever go out of business/shut down….so i’ll stick with that i guess lol
Yeah the mobile app is bad. But the biggest issue is apprent lack of development. I think its dead at this point and no new fixes or features are being added. I loved it but moved from it to ticktick.
God, the click sounds bother me so much in these videos. I may be alone in thinking that and really, you don't have to change it but idk, it bothers me because clicking sounds remind me of notifications and I only expect them on how-to videos, not product tours like these.
I am really asking what is the benefit of scheduling every task of my day? Morning Routine, cooking … come-on. I would be borned out with a schedule like this immediately
As someone with severe ADHD, planning my day in a block by block basis improves my productivity and helps my overall mood day to day. I constantly forget or get sidetracked to do the most basic of tasks like making sure I drink water, so to be able to setup tasks as a quick check in to know "at 2pm I need to check my water bottle to make sure I'm keeping up with my daily intake of water. It's a good routine for me to follow
0:01 "we're all tired of Google Calendar at this point, right?" - well, no - why such bold yet false claim at the beginning of the video? Just to stop watching further I guess? Well, you got it!
