9....chutneys are amzing
Include those .mint etc

Go .bhare pet grocery shopping
11....think i m craving this but its not good for my body..avoid junk food

बहुत अच्छे तरीके से बताया की कैसे डाएट फॉलो करना है। नही तो लोग खाली बताते है की ये मत खाओ वो मत खाओ इसे और भी ज्यादा खाने का मन करता है। सरजी आप इतना अच्छे तरीके से बताते हो कि बात जल्दी मन मे बस जाती है।
खुप छान सर तुम्ही जे सांगतात ती प्रत्येक गोष्ट लवकर लक्षात येते😊
