    Can you discuss things like:
    Internet access. Is it separate from all other apartments.
    Yearly maintenance fees
    Security features...including fire systems
    Cooking is all electric (I assume)
    Furnishings included / excluded / optional
    Number of apartments in the block and other apartment sizes.... some people won't want to have an expensive apartment and share the block with people who ram 6 people into a 1 bedroom apartment below or above them.

      Internet access is individual. You can choose any ISP you like. Maintenance fees are 80 baht/sqm per month. Furniture is included in show room apartment. Some apartments are coming with fitted furniture.
      About neighbors, this condo have quite strict rules about rentals and occupancy to keep the property private and serene.

    How much for the common fee month and how close to the beach, please.

      The common fee is 60 baht/ square meter and the property is beachfront

    Why was the balcony FLOOR from the MASTER bedroom buckling? Probably RAIN damage, not a GOOD sign😟

      The condo is not a new built so it has some defects.

      @@PearlPropertyPattaya ahhh ok, the HOSTS gave the impression that it was new calling it a "PROJECT", maybe it would be a good idea to state the year that the PROPERTIES are developed🤷 Its a good architectural DESIGN though😉

      Even tho the condo is older the floor should be repaired before showcasing the condo. In another video showcasing this same condo the price is listed lower.

    I am from southern California, and people saying this is too much are ridiculous. There are 50 year-old ugly ranch houses with half the square footage that are essentially large glorified shacks in many areas of San Diego or Los Angeles that cost more than this. The furniture in this condo is probably worth more than most of the construction materials used in many of them. Where the only real view is a suburban street and boring lawns or your neighbors who are too close to you.

    That’s waaaaaayyyyyy too much for 42 million baht /£933,333…apart from the kitchen area , the rest of the interiors looks ancient & very basic

      You are right the price is extremely high and one the reasons for this is that the size of the unit is very large compared to many other condos you find in that area. For the whole building there are about 100 units available which makes it very private and gives it a quiet atmosphere. So actually the price per square meter is lower than some of the more expensive condos in that same area. Moreover, The Cove has the biggest beachfront land size in Pattaya and the land in this area is the most expensive beachfront in Pattaya. There are also smaller and cheaper options available in the building, but again the price is calculated as per square meter.
      About the interior design you are right that it looks old, but is actually the type of the design they went for. Making it very basic with a lot of wood. You will see many older condo buildings with this similar design and is often popular for many people. For example, we also have condos with modern and luxurious design with new furniture, but some buyers refuse this type and prefers and older and more basic design as they of quote "It feels more like a home than a hotel".

      @@PearlPropertyPattaya I’d suggest you either reduce the price or make an effort to update the interior design as you’ve admitted that it’s ‘old’ , coz I don’t think nobody is gonna pay a near £million for something very basic n ancient regardless of space , location & square meter price.

      Yes thousands of unsold units in the pattaya area sitting for 5-10 years but they stay with silly prices and keep building more.
