Unfortunately, modern condos tend to be smaller than the older ones. For a small period of time, it's ok. I've spent 3 months in a similar condos in Pattaya. For a long period, I would have felt like in a shoe box. Good thing is the building has good amenities, and the beach is close by. So, no need to spend too much time in the room.

@@partydelcarmen many nicer condos but they dont have youtube videos. Just walk around soi 3 4 and 5 and u will see amazing condos. For example i am in soi 4 and live in 102m2 for 15k baht a month. 3x as big as the shoebox in this video

Its a literal shoebox. Its great if you are 150cm tall but for european u cant turn ur butt in this place. Shoebox is perfect name.
