Building might look dated, and it probably is. But the quality of materials used in these older buildings are often much better than newer buildings. A little renovation or remodeling will do magic.

It's very cheap easy to buy, but hard to sell it and i prefer to buy condo with good location near to bts in BKK Kap!🙏

I’ve seen this before I’ve even been offered close to the same in Pattaya and Cebu in Philippines… then comes all the ancillary fees. Don’t get me wrong it’s still a good price. But it doesn’t come out to be 82K. Try almost double. But still a good price.
But agree this Thai agent does a fantastic job of showing these units. Very good job.
