Building might look dated, and it probably is. But the quality of materials used in these older buildings are often much better than newer buildings. A little renovation or remodeling will do magic.

I’ve seen this before I’ve even been offered close to the same in Pattaya and Cebu in Philippines… then comes all the ancillary fees. Don’t get me wrong it’s still a good price. But it doesn’t come out to be 82K. Try almost double. But still a good price. But agree this Thai agent does a fantastic job of showing these units. Very good job.

The ocean view and direct access to beach is excellent! The units itself is dated. The layout is a little off.
