@@edward88881 look on their website, this podcast has show cased homes over 18 months ago and still on the market…… so much inflated prices it appears not many are willing to purchase…. Yes these homes look fantastic but pricing is taking the piss ???

I Agree, They way Enes and Mikey present there multi million listings is "'follow me Mikey" as he presents Mikey is filming behind him so you get a far better house showing, I love watching Victoria's channel and she presents very well but the filming and editing has to be better, no more start stop start stop just film in one motion...

Nestled in the serene Naithon area of Phuket, Thailand, this 2-bedroom private pool villa offers a breathtaking ocean view. The villa features a grand central living and dining pavilion, a true testament to luxury and comfort.
We started our tour in this expansive pavilion, where high ceilings and open spaces created an inviting atmosphere. The villa spans an impressive 1,940 square meters, with 886 square meters dedicated to air-conditioned living, dining, kitchen, and bedroom areas-all seamlessly connected under one roof.
Next, we stepped outside onto the expansive deck, perfect for lounging and dining under the sky. The deck overlooked a huge 18-meter private infinity lap pool, its turquoise tiles imported from Malaysia glistening in the sunlight. The pool's waters seemed to merge with the horizon, offering a direct view of the open ocean and a private beach below. Each of the two spacious bedrooms flanked the central pavilion and offered direct access to this luxurious pool, ensuring both privacy and convenience.

As I stood there, contemplating the villa’s allure, a playful thought crossed my mind. over overpriced for sure! you can buy a nicer 2-bed house with a similar ocean view in Hawaii. would you spend over 4 mil for 2 bed house in Phuket? nonsense
