Being an avid cook, the only thing I'd change would be to swap out the induction cooktop for gas, and I'd also swap out the lime green furniture covers for a nice Verdigris or Aquamarine. The layout, landscaping, and Japanese gardens make this place so serene, and the big deck would be perfect for some late-night parties! Victoria, this is now my second favorite property that you've brought to us. Those views! Man, find a marina to keep your boat, and this place is good to go! The front doors are so elegant and beautiful. "Paradise", indeed!

Yes. But foreigners cannot own the land, which is probably why it hasn't sold. No one with that much money would be stupid enough to buy a property on land that the government coukd just take.

Fantastic overall.
Only 2 drawbacks. No sunset and the pool is way to small (no half laps even).
I always wondered if one buys a home like this, how much of it can be "rebuilt" and how much is set and cant be changed.
Like adding a sauna etc is no big deal but say you really love swimming laps and working out using a pool. Thats all of a sudden a big thing to change.
