This hostess be my media and marketing manager as well as the director / manager of the host team and the spirit of this wonderful property.
My plan for this accomplishment would be a business venture that would offer an escape experience for hundreds of people ( a uber level hotel / Villa experience).

Very high quality material. I will just say - you wanna mantain "a contact" with a viewer. It doesn't work as good as it should, if you have a sunglasses on and we can't see those eyes while you speak and express the feeling of being there. You could write what you're talking about at what moment, so that it's easier to navigate through the video. Other than that, great work, the quality and everything reminds me of Enes Yilmazer, who is the top of this game
Beautiful estate…not sure why anyone needs this much house, but the last shot with the full view of the ocean would probably make the sale. The staging is a little too contemporary/industrial, but the owner can add their warm fuzzies. Be well! 🤘🏻🇺🇸
I have no problem with buying the home but Victoria has to come with the deal. Class and elegance to enhance the experience. I believe in the Thai people and in my case I would will the property in such a way that ordinary Thai people could enjoy a few days of luxury in their own country every year. Call me sentimental but I would love for the ordinary Thailand citizen to spend a few days enjoying all the country has to offer. I could see grandparents with children running around the property having a blast. Imagine a farmer who has never been to Phuket enjoying the ocean with his children and grandchildren . For that reason alone I would buy it to share it with the beautiful Thai people when I am gone. Sorta an estate for the people to find their self worth and relax if only a few days a year. Thailand is one of the most generous countries in the world to foreigners and in some small way I would love to reciprocate in a small way.

Lovely house, but I can’t say the tour was great. I don’t understand how missing so much of the interior spaces can still be called a tour, I saw 1/3 of the kitchens the house had.
Maybe this is the style of video that’s usual, I don’t know as I’ve only seen this video, but I’ll watch a few and decide if it’s worth a subscription. These videos take so so much effort that not touring the full house seems ridiculous tbh, but maybe I missed an explanation as to why places weren’t included in the tour.

For this kind of money you can buy a 4 star hotel in pucket with many rooms. Make one floor for yourself if you want and make money from the rest. 😊
With this kind of money you can build 5 of those houses in Portugal. I would not want to live in a hotel. This is for people who consider this amount play money.

can a foreigner purchase a house and lot in Thailand? or just condos?
Not that I’m aware of. A foreigner cannot own land. One way around it is an entity such as a business owns the land, and a foreigner as an individual buys the building on that land. That’s how condos work, in which case a foreigner can buy a condo unit. And to my knowledge there is another rule to that: foreign ownership of the entire building must remain at or below 49%.
@@TheOneTrueNorth So if you build a resort with 100 houses. 49 can be owned by a foreigner. I don't think the condominium act is restricted to condominiums. But of course you don't own the land.

I'll be honest with you its a big property but the furniture staging and all white interior walls made it look very cheap and generic modern style 😅
When you live next to the ocean, you don't need anything fancy because all you need is a peace of mind enjoying the surrounding. If you live in the city then decorate your house with fancy, expensive, and grand accessories to enjoy your nightlife.
I'll be honest too, even in the video itself speaks volume about the lush greeneries surrounding the house, and beautiful ocean view. That's the main focal point here rather than heavily focusing on the furnitures or whatsoever.

The problem with your video's is that you don't show everything such as Thai kitchen, maids quarters. Nice villa but certainly not worth 18 million US
The issue with large home is soon kids will grow up and they want their own home...but they will never afford a home like this.
Interesting perspective
In Thailand you are never the Owner of the property, its just Lease after 100 years u have to give it back to the goverment, so if u have kids or grandkids u can forget about it to give them the peoperty.
