A beautiful property, the finish is of high standard. For me, the one thing that lets the property down is the shared guest bathroom. One would expect en-suit but if you can get by that then I think this on to a winner for someone

Hi, where is the exact location? I checked on Google Map, Nai Yang beach is in a very undeveloped areas, there is no grocery market around.

We are from HK and Canada Toronto, the Toronto -40c in winter is killing us physically and mentally , def need to leave soon

I live in Alberta Canada and you can only get a 800 square foot main floor condo for that. And it will be 30 years old.

It’s so tiny but good for an Airbnb, nicely designed, I’d rent it for a vacation but it’s not livable for a family, I think only a childless person would see “a lot of space for clothes” LOL in that Towel Closet??? 😂 it is all nicely designed for a nice AirBnB experience ❤ great investment!
Depends on the size of ones “wardrobe” of course but plenty of space for many people, more closet space can always be added though, construction costs are still quite low in Thailand:) However, you’re right in it also being a great place for Airbnb rentals, but long term rentals as well due to its close proximity to one of the biggest international schools on the island 👍🏻

I LOVE this villa, especially the glass wall in the hallway, but the bathroom annoys me. The glass wall is too close to the bathtub. It needs to be slightly more spacious.

Ever been there? Notice the walls, closed circuit tv comes standard, gated community with 24 hour security. Yup, you will live surrounded by abject poverty and all that means. There is no minimum wage, just endless desperation, filth, violence and corruption. As in all 3rd world places you will have permanently elevated cortisol levels due to fear as you live in a small heavily guarded pocket. Of course if you are in Houston, you have a taste of this.

How much does it cost monthly to upkeep such a property in Phuket?
So around 2,000 THB for the pool, gardening another 2,000 THB and then you have electricity depending on usage and water is free. Fixed cost 4,000 THB and also common area fee 4,000 THB per month.

@@tammy93160 Europeans don't make 70k to 100k a year xD. The median income per person, before taxes, in most Eu countries is between 25 000 - 30 000 euros. I'm not sure where you got your numbers?

Hello Nicola, foreigner’s can’t own land directly but they can eg. lease it for 30 years. Usually there are clauses in the leasing agreement that allows you to renew the lease twice for an additional 30+30 years. There are other options to this method such as forming a Thai company that holds the property or owning it through what’s called a protected leasehold.
Buying houses/properties in Thailand is too risky if you're not Thai. Nice video though...

The quality of development in Phuket seems way better and more affordable than Pattaya. I’ve been looking in Pattaya but anything below 20 million baht is nasty.

Uhm, just a small tip for you guys. Cut the annoying stressfull music. It doesn't match what your trying to sell here. It only makes watching a tens and uncomfortable experience and since we want to be able to hear what your saying it's no way around getting that terrible jungle music.
