- In this video I give you a tour of my $280 dollar a month beach condo in Pattaya Thailand. You will be amazed at what I got for the money:)
I have to add I can not guarantee you will get the same deal I got. Most prices in Thailand change during the busy season and slow season, and also if you rent short term or long term.
If you would like to bless my journey you can buy me a coffee here. Thank you for your support:)

I am living at Bang Saray Beach 10km from Pattaya .. a quieter beach community .. $300 a month with a private beach most people don't know is there 100 meters from my condo .. full amenities gym etc .. I love Thailand for it's kind culture, beautiful islands and beaches , and super low cost of living .. been here 10 years now .. would never step foot in USA ever again
Hugh great comment, it sounds like you got a great deal on your condo, I have not heard of your area. I agree with you about never going back to the US. It is not for me. Thanks for watching:)
How you got so good deal. Can you share???? I want to go to Thailand, it’s dream place. 🤩🤩🤩🤩
@@ninarosaphotography2039 Hi Nina, I found this deal by accident. I was staying in a hotel close by and I liked the area so I walked here and found this condo. I think you will find better deals if you are here than you will find on the internet.
I recommend coming here to visit and then find an area you like and check the condos in that area.
@@livebeforeyoudie9984 yes I believe so. Since the tourist visa is only 30 days Do you think is possible to find something like that for rental. Thanks so much.
Thailand is the most beautiful country I've ever visited !! I continue to return as I love the kind people, the food and the prices. Go one time and you will be back.
Couldn't agree more!
Wow I’ll love to stay here a year is the prices still the same and how can one move there from the us
I,too, loved it there and just may return.
Hey I hope your channel grows. I'm seriously considering moving and retiring from the USA. Currently 35 years old and hoping to make something happen in the next 5 years. Tired of the rat race and the current state of our country. Excited to see where you go!
Soi 6 Cowboy
Hello my friend and thank you, it sounds like you are in the same place I was before I left. Good luck and keep me posted
Im 34. About to be 35 in July. Feel the same way. Stuck here
Im 34 almost, live in SC USA. Im tired already. currently have a apartment in Colombia, Medellin and also just bought a house here in USA which i think i can pay in about 10 years with my blue collar job. My plan is to paid the house and retire by the age of 45 yrs old , i will rent the house and with the money i can live back in colombia or fo to another country such as Thailand. and then just wait for my retirement SS at 62. I still dream is possibly. NO kids here and no wife,
@@fastdeliveryl708 Hello this sounds like a solid plan, I also worked many years to set myself up financially before I left the US, and buying the house is going to help you have an income in the future for sure, whether you rent it or sell it. Good luck and keep me posted :)
Thailand is absolutely gorgeous! You can live in luxury in a lot of cities for a very cheap price, and the fruits and vegetables there are sooooooooo delicious! You can even get high-end silk here for dirt cheap. I’m so glad you’re enjoying yourself.
Hello ,Jennifer I can tell you have been to Thailand before. You are right about the fruits and vegetables, Thank you for the positive comment:)
Absolute Stunning , my favorite spot would be in that cozy corner on the balcony looking over the peaceful Ness and taking in the serenity and the beauty of the water , it's perfect size space , add a bit of greenery will make it sooo cozy and homey, great job on your interior.
Vanessa I like your comment, That cozy corner you were talking about is my favorite place also, I eat all my meals there. Thanks for watching:)
We had many stopovers at Pattaya Beach while in the Navy. Our ships would be anchored and small boats would pick us up and literally drop us off on the shoreline. I absolutely loved Pattaya Beach; didn't know it was so affordable to rent. Thanks
Thanks you Richard :)
Navy sees the world,so come and live here. I was in the Thai Navy and went to many.U.S.ports.Here in Thailand and America, all the place and the people are the same,Thais are better in terms of helping the others.
Just WOW!! The price is unbelievable and All it’s luxury….thank you for sharing this as its very inspiring to live outside the US indeed🥰
Hello again, I want to thank you for watching my videos and sharing your comments. I did get the deal of a lifetime with this condo.
Wow. That is amazing. Freezing over here in Wyoming for about 3 times as much per month as your condo. It's gonna start warming up here soon. I'm happily married and retired, so if anything we'd have to vacation for a couple of weeks. Awesome apartment and beautiful view and workout room, swimming pool, jacuzzi. You're living the life of Riley my friend. Enjoy.
Hello I appreciate your comment:)
I like those spots outside the main area of Pattaya, cosy beach , jomtien , naklua , pratumnak hill , many people seem to make a decision that Pattaya isn’t for them after a quick visit to the main area and the stereotypical perception of Pattaya .
There is more than meets the eye if you venture out that bit further and look around
Nice pad .
Cam I just saw your comment, for some reason it shifted to the back, I totally agree with you. There is a lot more to this area than the party scene people think of. Thanks for the comment buddy:)
I think most think of Pattaya as Walking Street. Anyone able to take that for a long term living has issues.
Great video with an enjoyable, easy going style delivery. Beautiful condo, great location and exceptional value - I would prefer something a little larger though with the bedroom separate from the living accommodation. Thank you for showing us.
Hello and thank you, To be honest I wanted something a little bigger also, I figure if I settle down in one place in the future I will get a bigger place. Good Luck:)
I've lived in Thailand since 2006 and be travelling here for over 20 years prior to that so I can assure you that this would even be a great deal back in the late 90's. That balcony (and the common areas) will be awesome viewing once the wet arrives again. Well done and enjoy :)
Wow sounds like you have a lot of experience with thailand. Thanks for the comment:)
Thank you for replying.. take care
Is this a very very rare find and that price point?
How much would you say that people have to earn per month to have a good life in Thailand? Not luxury. Just everything that people need.
@@jimmiandersen3099 That is such a broad range question that will have a very different answer for many different people.
To Set a guide line I, which is a family of four including one daughter in university and another in high school, live on 50K baht a month.
We live very frugally and whilst we do go out, it is generally just a few times a month to Thai style places.
To contrast, when I first moved here full time in 2006 with my wife and daughter (the one now at university), we had a budget of 85K baht a month and went out all the time and lived it up!
I think a frugal single person could get by on 15K baht a month.
I think a less frugal single could live quite nicely on the 50K baht a month that my family lives on,
And I think that someone that likes to go out every night could also do that on 50K ranging up to 100K plus a month depending on where you go and how much you party!!
Also, I am in Chiang Mai which is way cheaper than Bangkok or Phuket.
Probably add 30-50% for those places!!!
I am a brown woman born in Chicago, and you are correct. God will take care.I left the USA in 2021.
Move to Mexico. Work online on retirement income.
YOU still must be ALERT to deadly criminals in all occupations.
My parents and Chicago showed me how to survive in an honest way, and be moral and responsible.
I love you.
I live in Mexico, and I did buy emergency pesos, when i came here in 2021. Starting July 13, I will use my emergency pesos to pay rent for the next 5 months. My rent went from $673 per months to$874 per month for the same apartment, that I love. It does include all utilities, wifi, maid and security, and 100% beautifully furnished. My pensions comes on a USA debit card, and ATM fees are refunded. I always stock up on 6 months preps.
I paid $1900 per month for everything when i left the deadly and expensive USA at 79 in 2021. I do not want a Mexican banl account for it would be hard for my American family to get my savings.
Queretaro, but always be alert anywhere. Merida is too hot, and Acapulco had too many earthquakes.
Over 60 years coming to Mexico, all USA states., and all over the world on my own dime,
Allah u Akbar. God is great.
RIP everyone around the world.
The dollar is falling in Mexico, so rents are higher each month.
I was born in Chicago in 1942, then Oak Park, downtown, and last to Waukegan, before moving to Queretaro in 2021 at 79.
Queretaro works for me. Safe, Cool, and I have local friends.
Singaporean laws. Send all criminals from top to bottom to Ukraine and Sudan. Fentanyl tablet for all killers and rapists. Shave heads of males and females with felonies.
Leave the USA.
I worry about nothing, but that is how I am. I am retired, and at the age of 79 I do not need money from anyone, for I am a giver to non beggars, so they can help themselves. I do not like beggars, or scammers asking for loans or donations.
Keep your USA income, and just visit the different countries on vacation time. Never depend on donations. Help non beggars help themselves. Do not use any drugs. Trust only GOD. Keep written, audio, and video journals. Be married, even if you have separate homes, if you want sex and a baby after 35 for women, and 45 for me. You need your own space.
Queretaro works for me, after over 60 years visiting and living part time, and WORKING in the USA, Live where you can afford, and you are happy with the climate, safety etc.
Send all criminals from the supreme court on down to Ukraine and the Sudan,
Karma never loses an address. YOU will reap what you have sown.
I moved to Queretaro on 11-2-2021, and I am loving this city, and have lived in the same beautiful apartment, since day 1. At 79, I will stay here, until I die, and I will never take a test, pills, or injections, for I know my body. I am too old for visa runs, and I do have a highly recommended man, that will work for me. to get the temp retirement visa.
The people here have been super kind and respectful, and I am the same towards them. I do not have to walk, for I have many new friends with cars.
I wish the best for both of you, and so happy, that I worked from 7-70, and my pension supports me much better , than in the USA and it is safer, cleaner, and $850 less per month.
Mexico has been my favorite place, since I visited in 1962 at age 20, and fell in love with Acapulco, but not the 6 earthquakes, that I have experienced there and one hurricane.
I do speak Spanish as a second language. I love my own chicken wings etc. lol
All for now, and stay blessed and safe always.
I can live anyplace in the world, but since I am more familiar with my next door neighbor(Mexico), i am comfortable here. I am USA Muslim, and Africans are everywhere.
My DNA is African, First Nation, and Scottish. (grandfather). God has been great to me, and I am so thankful.
All lives matter....
Let go and let God always.
Hello I want to thank you for this great comment, and also your advice, you have obviously learned a lot in your 79 years. I have also been to Mexico and I like Mexico but you are correct you have to be aware of the crime there. My car got robbed when I was there last time. It sounds like you got a great deal with your apartment. Keep on being happy and God Bless:)
I just found your channel and watched your first video and then this one right after and...oh my, what a few months' rest, stress-free and job-free, and some sun can do! You are glowing!! Really glad to see this adventure is going well for you and you are being rewarded for you courage. Keep it up!
Hello I have to say that is one of the best comments I have gotten. thanks so much. Yes I do not regret my decision and I love my new freedom and my new life.
Same here. I love to see what price things are. This apartment is amazing. The only one thing is I love to watch tv from a sofa but the price is incredible.
280 dollars.. you got an amazing deal. these condos in beach view are usually double that. 450 to 500 a month. which is still a good deal. but 280!! WOW...
incredible...
did you go through a local realtor or an online site?
I love this video. If i didn't have my young son, I would be there in a minute. Good move on your part. The USA hasn't changed and I feel the same way you did when you moved. Thanks for sharing. I love your decorating.
Daniel, thanks buddy:)
That looks like a really nice place! We also sold everything to travel a couple of years ago, although we had to stay in Canada, other than a couple of short vacations. We just spent 6 weeks in Bangkok, and we're now in Da Nang, Vietnam for the month of January. We've subscribed (#234), so that we can follow along on your adventures. Cheers :)
Hello I want to thank you for the great comment and for subscribing. Vietnam is definitely one of the places I want to go. Let me know how you like it there:)
I love Canada. Spent many summers there growing up. Love the people there so much. It’s a country that would make some people think the States should be more like Canada. 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
838 here.
@@loureaves8434 That's nice to hear :)
go to looking cambodia i spend many month there beauty country but expensive, than thailand but if interesting looking exotic expensive super cars have lot more than thailand or dubai.
Great deal for a such condo 👍Thai developers really know what westeners need. In Malaysia it’s more complicated coz most of the condo are around 70 m2 minimum, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms..... + a maid room....
Thanks for the info about Malaysia, Maylasia is actually on my bucket list . I heard Malasia and the Philippines are the only English speaking places in Asia.
@@livebeforeyoudie9984 Actually nowadays their english level is quite similar. In Singapore they really speak a good english but it’s not the same budget.
If I can offer some advise. Put the name of the condo in the description along with pinning the map location.
the name is on the sign and also spoken outloud.
That's better than most apartments that I have lived in the USA and overseas 😊.
Hello and thank you for your comment:)
Very nice condo, cost only $280 per mount much better then $ 5 to 6 hundred dollars studio in America foods also chips and delicious great life in Thailand I like your condo only one thing is need living room stay separate room and cover the bedroom for privacy thank you for sharing.
Paula it is nice to hear from you, yes I understand a one bedroom is definately better than a studio, the good news is they have 1,2 and 3 bedroom units in this condo building. Thanks for watching:)
Hey thanks for the recommendation. I now know where I'm going. That apartment condo is booked solid till mid May '23 and the rate is now $30 a day instead of $10 (through a booking site) but that's still hell of a deal and beats the cost of hotels of comparable standard in Thailand.
Hello I am glad I could help. Yes I recommend waiting until the slow season as you will have more openings and better prices.
Looks fantastic. Really tempted to make the move.
Thanks for watching:)
I think it’s a perfect homely feel place for you. Well done bro. Home you have many happy moments in your home. Bravo bro and thanks for sharing ❤🎉
Paul I am sorry for late response. I want to thank you for the nice comment, I appreciate that:)
We need honesty like this… keep this info coming
Richard thank you I appreciate that:)
Watching from the Caribbean, always wanted to visit Thailand, thanks for. The video, it's wonderful 🙏❤️
Hi Nanda thank you I appreciate that. I would love to see the Caribbean someday also:)
I want to move to Thailand. Kinda tired living in the US. I must say your condo, the building and its amenities, and location is amazing. I wished the condo came with a bathtub, then it would be perfect. Your toilet doesn't look like its bidet equipped but that's easily fixable.
Hello and thank you, and you are right, the toilet is just a regular one.
Thanks for posting awesome video and very informative, would like to see grocery stores and pharmacies. this would help convince my wife for short term stays and maybe longer.
Hello and thanks Scott. I do plan to make a video of the surrounding area when I get back to Pattaya, There is many stores and pharmacies in walking distance. I am traveling in Phuket now but should be back soon:)
Rented a room there some time ago. More like a hotel than a "Condo", but most low price places are like that. For long term stay, a bit cramped but considering the price and location you found a good deal.
Hello thanks for the comment:)
That was prety awesume codo, good job, & thank you for showing, with
I am glad you liked it, thanks for watching:)
Excellent condo, and a great price! I live just to the south of you in Pratumnak, almost to Pattaya Tower, and pay a bit less than you at around $255 usd for a very similar sized unit. Best place I've ever lived. Been here for almost 10 years now.
Hello Neighbor, it sounds like you got a great deal on a condo also. Thanks for reaching out:)
Very nice. Considering here in gibraltar you pay £1000 pound minimum for a basic studio flat. If i was a lot younger, i would deffo give thailand a go. Love the place. Good luck and enjoy
Thanks Derek, I do realize traveling gets harder as we get older, although I do see many old and retired people here.
@@livebeforeyoudie9984 Bro I think it’s all about our attitude. Majority of people can’t do it because of their attitudes. I have been traveling around the world since many years and that’s keeping me in great shape. We are not born to stay at one place like trees. We have a choice to move around wherever we want to then why not to avail opportunities. We all have Limited time. Cheers brother I am happy for you
Looks more like a nice hotel room. $280 a month is a bargain. Thanks for the tour.
Hello and thank you, It is actually a studio condo, they also have 1,2 and 3 bedrooms here in the building.
Very small. But for $280 bucks its pretty sweet with all the amenities in the building.
Pattaya and the villages south of it amd the villages on the western side of the Gulf of Siam are awesome and still a genuine value. Safe, clean, Capitalist. I will move there permanently from the US when my beloved dog dies in a few years.
Hello thanks for your comment:)
You picked the perfect music for this video... really nicely done- I don't think the rental department could make me want to live there more with any kind of ad or video.
Mike I appreciate your positive comment:)
Thailand is great if you can stand the heat … this building is a perfect size … not too small or big .. that you could enjoy a relaxing swim at the infinity pool with awesome view .. could have been the perfect place had they allowed basketball … and ping pong .. pool table and even foosball are all on my menu .. and close to the beach and not exactly on the beach would be perfecto
Hello thanks for your comment:)
To ripen avocados faster, all you have to do is put them inside a brown paper bag, with say a banana, and if they will ripen, they will ripen within a couple of days of three, or they will not ripen. The reason why some avocados do not ripen is because they were picked to early. You had some bananas in your fridge, so all you need is a paper bag. Do no store the paper bag in the fridge. On the countertop will do.
Hello thanks for the advise:)
Thanks for the advice:)
You are welcome sir
where's the video on some happy ending , LOL Thailand is the best place on Earth, a man's Heaven. I'm looking to buy a place for a vacation home and Airbnb it when i'm not using it.
Beautiful! And,the best value I've seen anywhere. Thanks!
Glad you like it!
Thanks for the perfect video capture and succinct description. I just retired, live in the corrupt State of Illinois/USA and it's getting worse. Middle class is disappearing. I believe it's time to: get outta Dodge. Thumbs up
Hello I totally agree with you, thanks for the comment:)
It is convenient to live in Condo with all these amenities, you can travel every month.
Hello yes you are right, That is exactly what I am doing:)
It's all the videos on Thailand, saying how cheap it is that will eventually increase the price. Like everything
Check in to a futon mattress. Very comfy and inexpensive.
Gary I actually bought a really think mattress pad a few months ago and it made a huge difference. Thanks for the comment:)
Wow, shocking all that for 280.00 a month, games room and pool, ocean view . I"m jealous haha
Hello and thank you Brenda, yes it was a deal I could not pass up:)
hello!!!! me watching you video again,i love.
Thanks for watching:)
This music is sooo relaxing. I ❤ it!
Hello thanks:)
"Worth Every Penny" , Beautiful !
Thank you and thanks for watching:)
I'll be checking this place next time I'm there. Thanks for showing.
Julius thanks for watching:)
the only negative with pratmunak hill is the lack of public transportation. no songtheows/tuk-tuks.
You look so young.....Good for you!
Marty thank you, I am definately older than I look:)
Nice tour...Love your condo with a great view...
Thank you and thanks for the comment:0
Amazing price, planning a trip to Vietnam/Thailand soon, and will definitely check this place out. Thanks!
Frank that is great news, congratulations on your future adventure and thanks for watching:)
Very nice for the price . What's your electric $$ water $$ deposit ? $$ has a restaurant ? Parking lot ? Cable TV I assume. Laundry service ? Great video. Thanks.
Fir that prince its amazing. You are a lucky man.
Debbie thank you:)
Oops for the price.
I'm thinking about leaving the USA and moving to Alaska. Your's is a great place unless there is another earthquake and tsunami.
Hello Anthony, I hear great things about Alaska, as far as the Tsunamis they are rare here.
Awesome. Thanks very much for sharing your Amazing Adventure. Can't wait. Asap.
Thanks for watching!
Any apartment must have a washing machine... Saves so much hassle.
I agree, thanks for the comment
This would be absolutely perfect for me! Thank you! Maybe give an indication of distance to shops etc
Hello I am glad you like it. there are many shops and stores in walking distance. I will be making a video soon about the surrounding area.
Awesome bro. A brilliant batchelor pad. Be careful with some of those Thai women. Don’t get me wrong, there are some lovely & genuine Thai women. But some of them can use black magic to rob your wealth & make you fatally ill. Watch your food & drinks. Stay safe & have fun.
Hello I appreciate the comment and advice:)
Beautiful condo for the money.
Thanks Kristine:)
Plan on retiring in 5 years with $10k a month. I could either have a decent live in the US or a great one in Thailand. I have time to decide.
Wow only 280! That is insane! I will be there in June so I am going to be looking at places
Hello and thanks, enjoy your future trip:)
Hello, great video. I have a question. After your introduction speech you play a song throughout the video. It's pretty amazing sounding, can you tell us what that song is? I see you have your intro song listed but not this one. Thanks. Might be moving to Thailand soon. Been thinking about if for about a year now. Getting closer to selling my house also and doing this.
Hello sorry for the late response, I appreciate your comment. Yes I have received a few comments on that music in the video, to be honest that music is part of the free music library of the Movavi video editor and I dont remember the name because I dont use that app anymore.
Good luck with your future move to Thailand:)
nice for the price and if you're living alone
I agree it is perfect for singles.
Thanks for taking the time awesome video.
Scot thanks for watching:)
I discovered your channel just today and have been binge watching for over an hour. I will be in Pattaya in two weeks. Does this complex rent on Airbnb or do you have to rent from the complex itself?
Any videos on family sized places such as 2 bedroom?
Top video mate.
Very nice condo and very reasonable rent.
Thanks for watching:)
New sub as of today! This is awesome! Adding to my list…🎉
Hello I want to thank you for your comment and for subbing:)
That's what I need!
Thanks for watching:)
Ok! Now you got me really thinking!
It's cozy and minimalist. What's the cost to purchase?
For the studio like this one is usually around $55,000 to buy
🥰🥰🥰🥰🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩 It’s a dreamy place. Absolutely beautiful. How much for buying?????
Thanks Nina, I am not sure about the purchase price as the prices change, the higher floors are more expensive and also they have 1,2 and 3 bedrooms here. And some of the units are privately owned and sold.
@@livebeforeyoudie9984 Thanks.
Looks great thanks for showing 👍
Thanks for watching:)
Yes I liked the condo be moving in next September 2024 any more at that price let me know
Hello September is a good time as it is the slow tourist season and prices will be cheaper in slow season. It is now the slow season in Thailand and I checked the current price is 344 a month for a studio. They have 1 bedrooms starting at about 450 a month. It will go up in the next busy season and then go back down in slow season.
Great video - thanks so much 😊
Les thanks for watching:)
So, it's a studio apartment. Nice price.
Dora thank you, yes I have a studio, but they also have 1,2 and 3 bedrooms in this building:)
Hi Shawn, love the video, what are your internet speeds like?
The wifi is fast here, They have a few different wifi packages with different speeds. But the wifi is not included in the rent,
Great tour. How's the air conditioning in there? Do they have any?
Hello and thanks, Yes most places in Thailand have aircon but it is usually a different set up than in the US. Mine works great
What time of year did you get the lease? How did you avoid price gouging for farang? Liked and subscribed. Looking at coming out in August/September timeframe.
Hello I came here in September which is part of the slow season. Prices are cheaper in the slow season. And prices are usually going to be higher for foreigners anywhere in Thailand. I got a good deal because it was slow season and I also paid the entire year upfront.
Thanks for the like and sub:)
Good studio at that price.
Thanks for the comment:)
Thank you for the video....
Thanks for watching:)
That’s a great place, safe and along the ocean, what else you can ask for?
Maja, thank you for the comment:)
wow, this is amazing
Hell and thank you:)
Thanks for this video. Who is the background music?
hello thank you. To be honest I got that music from my video editor and it just says chill music. Sorry I could not tell you more.
Beautiful
How do you dry your clothes and is there air con? How close to the beach? Did they restore the b-ball hoops yet? Are utilities and wi-fi included?
hello I have a folding clothes hanger to hang my clothes. But there are Landry mats with dryers close by if I want to use a dryer. I can walk to the beach in 5 minutes. They will not restore the b-ball hoops because of the noise. and no the utilities and wifi are separate.
Can you please tell me how close this condominium complex is to walking Street and all the action???
about 10 minute drive
Nice work dude
Thanks buddy I appreciate that:)
Nice video and nice little apartment. Did you need to sign a year lease to obtain that price? Just curious, do you have some sort of residency permit to stay long term in Thailand? Thanks
Hello Ron yes I got a year lease, I also got a year visa
Decided to book the view in December inspired by your vid - I’m looking for somewhere quiet and peaceful where I can park my bike and go to wherever I need to! Thanks for the vids! ❤
Have you visited the specialist bed topper shops? You can get quality memory foam for not that much and it’s small enough to make it worth investing in as you can take it to your next home :)
Lee this is great news, I am glad my videos inspired your trip. You will like it here. I actually finally bought 2 mattress toppers and it made a big difference. Good luck my friend:)
Bro🎉kudos great set up I’m at retirement - just venturing idea of which countries to hang out at 4-6 months at a time then move on to another ? Any suggestions on two other countries that are as reasonable to spend 4-6 months. I figure I can stay in 3 different countries at 4 months at a time or 2 countries in a year 6 months at a time? Suggestion please advise
Hello, Congratulations on the retirement.
I am not sure if you want to stay in Asia or not, but I hear great things about Vietnam, South Korea and Japan. My friend just bought some land in Poland, he said it is amazing there but the woman have bad tempers :)
Thank you for video. ❤
Thanks for watching:)
An amazing apartment for that price. Are you doing visa runs to have that 12-month lease? And how much are utilities?
Hello and thanks, yes I got the long term visa so I do not have to do visa runs, I am making a budget video now so you can see my other expenses.
Love your place! Can't believe I didn't comment the first time I saw this video a while back when I was still in the US of A last month. Made it to Bangkok. Spent 10 days there. I just got to Pattaya 2 hours ago to my hotel. Do you know if your condo location does month to month rentals, or any that do? Thank you!
Hello and thanks for the comment. That is awesome you made it Thailand and you finally made it to Pattaya. What are your thoughts on Bangkok? To answer your question, yes they do month to month rentals here in cosy beach view condos, I recommend going in and talking to Haidan, he is the manager.
@@livebeforeyoudie9984 Superb! Thank you!!! Sure will tomorrow for sure. Bangkok is pretty good. Loads and loads to do, but that's pretty much all of Thailand 😅 Temperature wise, tho, IMO the heat is different. A sticker bad heat. Having the water side here helps a ton. Still hot, tho 😅 If I see you, you've got a beer on me 💪🏾
Hey there! Was wondering about AC and laundry facilities at Cosy Beach. Thank you
Hello all the rooms have AC and there is paid laundry facility on 1st floor or they also have several laundry mats in walking distance.
Great thanks! Follow up question, are utilities included or do you have to set that up yourself?@@livebeforeyoudie9984
thats awesome for the price........was it a long term lease?
Hello Johnny and thanks, yes I did a year lease and I paid the entire year in one shot to get the best deal.
It’s beautiful, but where is this place? Is Tylin the town?
First I have to say hilarious name:) My condo is In pratamnak about 5 min from Jomtien
Are there many places there for long-term rentals that allow pets
Nice price
Thanks for watching:)
