Stayed here for 1 month in February. Great condo and nice facilities. Cons it´s on the wrong side of the busy 3rd Rd as crossing the road can be a bit hazardous! There are also no shops nearby not even a 7/11, but you have to walk 10 min to Friendship Supermarket for foods. My neighbour was playing computer games all day long for hours and was often heard shouting loudly through the wall and talking to other gamers online! There are only 2 elevators that at times can be busy. Only 1 swimming pool with very few sundecks that are occupied at all times!

Price seems to be okay, building looks nice. I like the bigger room with the balcony and that they are move in ready which is nice for the traveler. The only question is what is the area like and how close you are to markets, stores, etc.

You don't really need a kitchen living in Thailand, just a refrigerator. So convenient to eat out at any hour of the day. Paying rent $300 to $500/month is the norm.

How does one go from living in the states, we live in the Bay Area to moving to Thailand. Thailand. What's involved, is it a hard come a long difficult process or is it a smooth process. If we wanted to rent this particular condo, my wife and I like the second one you showed with the larger balcony... How does that work?

That is useful. Are there baht buses running past this condo? I can see from the map it is about 250m to South Pattaya Road, and then maybe another 500m to Soi Buakhao, but a baht bus route would make it perfect!

No bathbuses, you have to walk down to South Pattaya Rd!
Can you catch a bolt ride from there ?
