Should we contact the condo jurisdiction office directly regarding condo available for sale or through agents ,what do you suggest, because the price range mentioned varies from condo owners are high that approximately mentioned prices and may be cheaper with builder .thank you
I would recommend you to come here for 2 weeks and check the condo by yourself. This is the best way which I can say. If you deal with any specific condominium, you can send an email to me. I will go and get the contact information for you and send it to you by replying to your email.
I like the idea the way you did a big list and video of condos / prices etc. To improve I would suggest you could advise on extras per condo e.g. swimming pool or gym and show quick photo of apartment interior / pool / gym (even if that's obtained from internet). Thanks :)
✅️ noted. I did it for the 6 jomtien condos video. In this video, I want to show as many as I can. I see that show8ng 3-4 condo with more detail is better. Next time, I will do it with some photos and interior videos. 👍
@@PattayaCityNotes I think it was good the amount you showed, even if you displayed a single photo as I mentioned for say 3s each, it wouldn't add much length to video. It was like Grand Theft Auto style - LOL
@TONYMOR 😁😁😁😁😁🤣🤣👍. I think many times for making POV videos like GTA , I can mount the cam on my chest and make a video on motorbike on foot and may be on bahtbus in the same video. I will try to make this video very soon.
