Its a nice looking house but i think its quite a high price for a 3 bedroom home with no proper enclosed garage to park your cars.
Even the houses for 80million don’t have enclosed garage - nobody wants it in this climate.
Enclosed garage is not usual.

That's a top-notch home. It's well-planned with nice details like the inside window bordering and the shelving in the bedrooms. The best part is it's in my price range...if I ever decide to move to Thailand, but that's not in my future plans.
This is a beautiful house. I love the layout of the house. Like I mentioned previously I'd like for you to step into the shower as for me to see the size. I'm contemplating retirement and are looking for a peaceful place to live. Gim,beautiful review as always...tops

Pretty nice; just if the neigbouring villas will have a similar rooftop terrace, people can watch into your garden too i guess, so not really so private.

Find the answer to this question for yourself before you say how wonderful this property is: What happens to my home and my money when the land lease eventually expires for good? No, not when you can renew it for another 30 but when all your renewals eventually expire. What happens to my initial money, my property, and all the equity I have gained over the years that I wanted to pass down to my children or grandchildren? Puff.... So if you can never really own it and its always temporary anyway...isn't it just the same as a very expensive rental? You can not gain equity since you don't own the land. And nodody is you going to buy your property with an expiring land lease. If almost impossible to find two fools to buy the same expensive item...you being the first one. Yes, you can own the villa but you can not own the land. This is like buying property with a Thai wife...you can own the house...but she will always own the land and her rights will always be considered first...same with a land lease but instead of a being below your Thai wife's rights...your below the Thai property owners rights. In the end, Farang always gets bent over....no lube. So why bother when rents are so cheap? What is to be gained but increased risk for the Farang?

My question is that I read that as foreigners we can only own 49 percent of the property ,so if we don't have a Thai partner , is there a way to fully own a property in Thailand?
Nope. Thai people n Asians in general learned from their past. Once you allow foreigners in your land its difficult to get them out. They'll be no property for Natives. I know you (individually) aren't like that, but if i was in Thailand, i would also do my best to balance the relationship with Europeans & Westerners. They dont want you to buy all the property in THEIR COUNTRY.
You need a fortune and Elite visa to stay there over time.

I'm getting closer to finish a historical project that I've been working. What I hope to do is ask Thailand for Humanitarian Sanctuary while I wouldn't need it. It'd be symbolic that life in the U.S. isn't as good as they say. There's science I have on my website that scientists in Thailand might be interested in.
