For this project, there is no common fee. However, the homeowner will take care of their own pool and garden. Typically, the pool service costs around 2,000 baht per month, and garden service is around 1,500 to 2,000 baht per month.
Currently, the house with 2 bedrooms is being built opposite of this house, and the price will start at 6.59M baht. There will be only 2 plots with two bedrooms.
