That's just rent how about owning one permanently? Please tell, because it came in my mind to move to Thailand.....Please tell estimate total cost of living including mortgage and any other expenses? Just so can prepare how about owning or renting car / gas / groceries / any indian restaurants near by? American restaurants? Could you get indian food and american food ingredients in local super market in Thailand? What about Job? Also I am not pork fan, I am more of a food savory taste person so like chicken, lamb, goat, beef, burgers, sandwiches, pizzas

I think you need Ice in all your videos. She is perfect and the info you are giving about costs of living spaces is perfect as well. I would love to see you make a video describing all of your monthly expenses in a typical month besides just the cost of housing.

Great video, Ice is simply amazing. Seems so nice, professional yet human, friendly and competent. The three are all really good properties but it so much depends on the purpose of staying there and circumstances of each renter. Looking forward to seeing the travel adventure begin in a few weeks.

For houses, do they do annual lease or it can be month to month? If month to month, what is the rate difference vs. annual lease? thanks!
I love house #3 but it's much to large for us....however ... house#2 was lovely as well! You are causing me to fall in love with Thailand!! And we all love Ice!
House #3 for sure! It would be perfect for someone coming to Thailand with a group of friends. Or with a program that makes you find your own housing. Could get people from your group and split the cost 5 ways. Would be a dope and comfortable house to spend a year in Thailand 👌🏾💯

I pay the same amount here in Switzerland, very close to Zurich Airport. New apartment but only 85 sqm. The last house is really beautiful. I wish I could have the same here....
Those rentals are super cheap and interesting to see what you can get for your money!

Paddy, I have been traveling through and watching videos of cities all over SE Asia to get a feel of what it might be like to settle down in one spot for a while and be a Digital Nomad but rushed through Chiang Mai when I was there regrettably. After seeing more in videos it's becoming my front runner. I would love to see videos of what the different neighbourhoods/districts are like as there is plenty about Nimman but not much of the others from any of the other CM expat channels. What are their vibes, who lives there, what's there to do, what would be your recommendations/rankings?

#3 beautiful property and at 85,000THB a fantastic deal. I'd love to live in a place like this but, I'm just one guy. I hope if, you do go on about your Thailand journey that the "lovely" young lady continues on w/ a youtube channel of her own. She is pretty yes; but, I'd bet a lot of foreigners looking at Thailand properties would really appreciate someone as well speaking (in English) and averse in Thailand property values would really value her skills.

Option #3 @ $2800/ Month, to me would be for a businessperson or family who has a monthly income of at least $9,000/Month USD whose more interested in living the high life or entertaining business connections. And definitely NOT for your average Expat looking to retire cheap over seas
Even more if maintenance is not included in the rent price. Probably will be outrageous...gardening, repairs and just general upkeep are probably on the high side.
The price of the last place is literally the price of my current place in LA but three times larger. I might need to move soon

I am pretty sure that the outside bedroom is for a butler. The kitchen that goes to the outside bedroom would be for 2 uses. 1 so the butler can cook their own food and not bother the family or to cook food for the family and not invade the family space.
I do not ever see myself living somewhere like that, but super nice houses

I absolutely love Thailand and I would move there instantly if there was not such a language barrier. I am terrible with languages--I cannot even get a grasp on Spanish, let alone something as complicated as Thai. Ice is not typical of the English repertoire--she is obviously remarkably intelligent to grasp English so well. Our languages are very far apart, from a linguistic structure perspective, so it is hard to get the head around.
You should still try! Language immersion is one of the easiest ways to learn, and I’m sure there are many language schools there or universities offering language courses to foreigners. Also a lot of people skip some steps of difficulty in language learning, Like how on a skateboard I can do a kick flip but still cant do an ollie, which is thought to be one of the simplest tricks.
If you lived there, and put the effort in with locals, then you would pick it up pretty quickly.
@@usuallyblockedforspeakingt2803 I have to disagree im afraid....its a very tough language because of the varied sounds within the language as opposed to latin languages where both written and spoken you can kind of start to make headway. My partner is Thai, I have Thai family in Thailand just spent a month there....I ru a thai restaurant with Thai staff...and after many years I still cannot hold a full conversation properly in Thai, let alone write. Just my opinion.😅

all has very expensive, ower price ewery house. this property firm have scammer and thief, take 50% ower price own pocket, i rent pattaya 3 bedroom, 2 big bathroom house whit pool normal ewery were all city ,or pattaya you say 31000 B super ower price, i rent 2 year same size 7000 B /month. normal can rent ewery city same 2-3 bedroom house 7000-15000 B/month, this is big thief and scammer.

Yes, I like the last property. Very nice girl from real estate I think she compliments your channel with her beauty. Good to rent in the areas first to see if it's where you want to be before buying. You have excellent communication skills and comes across as vibrant and interesting and with a touch of British humor as well. The food and property viewing is a great concept and a great vision before opening up of tourism at the end of the year beginning of next year so this brings a better informative view of things to look forward to in future. The second kitchen in English is called butlers pantry, that’s for the posh people. I just started watching your videos you got a great cheerful presentation and fun way of doing them. I have to say I e been going to Thailand for a very long time and I have to say Khun Ice is not only very naturally beautiful buy speaks very good English for a local she must have studied overseas I would say. Will you be showcasing other houses around Thailand or are you strictly doing houses in Chiang Mai? For instance in the Bangkok outskirts. Additionally in the second house that you are showcasing which is really beautiful, you said that it’s about 10 minutes from the airport. Therefore, is this house in the flight pattern of the Chiang Mai airport? I am a bit concerned about noise.

That beep is what we call in the ghetto, a "ceiling bird" xD
Basically it's a fire alarm with the battery running low, so it beeps at you so you will change it's battery.

For us stupid americans sqm is about 10.7 (11) sq feet. / 1 sqm so 90 is close ot 1000 sqft.

The big issue with Thailand is you can only stay for three months or 90 days.
