@@LivingOverseasTV You're welcome. I lived there a long time ago. Prices have changed. The Lang Suan Rd apartment no longer exists. It's been replaced with giant buildings. I watched at least four high rises go up when I lived there. This probably has not changed though. Find the area you would like to live and walk through it looking for rental apartments. Do it with a TRUSTED Thai friend. Have your friend inquire about prices. You will probably get a better deal that way, Once you know the price, go back to the apartment with your friend and have them interpret the lease agreement for you and sign it. This worked very well for me. It probably still works today. P.S. The Lang Suan Rd apartment was within walking distance to the AUA Language Center They had a great course for learning Thai back in the day. It was fun and well worth your time. The place still exists, which is amazing! 179 Ratchadamri Rd, Lumphini, Pathum Wan, Bangkok 10330, Thailand 🙂 www.auathailand.org/en/
P.S. #2 🙂I found my old street on Google Maps: Soi Mahatlek Luang 1 Alley. Maybe my old building still exists!

Good neighborhood. Lots of information for people looking to live in Bangkok but maybe not in the center of the city.

Hi from Orlando, Florida. I’m a new subscriber and enjoyed the video. I am trying to decide between Japan and Thailand for my birthday next year. Thailand seems very affordable.

Ekkamai and Onnut are my favourite areas in BKK, not too far from Asok at the centre but far enough for cheap prices and a bit of quiet

I really like that swimming pool, and I like the gym being next to the pool. $340 isn’t bad that’s pretty affordable as long as it comes with AC.
