I really like how it’s so private. Not having a neighbor. Love it! I stay at a similar condo when I go to Hong Kong. It’s really great. Quiet and privacy.
It's a beautiful building, the incorporation of nature into the balconies is such a simple but stunning touch. 1 or 3 for me. The mezzanine on 3 would make a cracking home cinema or office, but as a single guy 1 is perfect.
I’m just so used to living with everything open and fresh air blowing through. I think Bangkok living would take some getting used to having to live in air con enclosed spaces
Nicely done. I enjoy something other than the standard 30 Sqm condos look all the same. This is more like US with 25 foot living room and 10-12 foot ceilings in bedroom. The comparison is not about just square space on the floor. It is also about the living space above your head else these places feel less than lower middle class living in US with 8 ft ceilings and a galley kitchen.
Excellent video my friend......just curious ..how tall are you ..there were a couple of times you would stand up and your head would come close to the ceiling ....i'm 5 11 .....would I have the same issues..?
The mezzanine on the third could be office space and/or a cinema/gaming area, change the blinds for a projector screen and Robert's your mother's brother :)
Why cannot one have a complete kitchen in these complexes? The kitchens seem compromised while the bath is all out. No dishwashers (all luxury homes should have one). What about a washer and dryer hookups? Just curious, as these units approach $1,000,000?
Cuz your mind is westernized and instead of necessity you saw lack. America makes you pay for more space you don't use. You are are just accustomed to it
@@MergimVlogsYT That would be great! Anything on life in Bangkok with a fur-child would be amazing. Vets, buildings/condos, parks, etc. Love the vlogs keep them coming.
It’s waste of money but if your throwing it away why not , I have a 48 sqm condo on 18 floor pool on 19 Incredible view of Pattaya from prantamak 14,000
@danish these are High End Properties. Did you see the numbers? The first place according to what he said and put in the video was 14.2 (Million Baht) MB = $435,049 divided by 12 is $36,254. Am I missing something because how is it 50,000 mth? Even if that was Baht or USD the numbers still don’t match up to 14.2 MB? 50,000 in Baht is $1,531.86 USD. So how do we get from 14.2 MB to 50,000 mth?
Your reports are very good but it is good to show an average apartment of about 50 sqm with a rent of 300-500-600 euros. It is extremely luxurious for the average visitor.
Kitchen too small, I cook daily high volume high protein large meals 3-4 times a day. need more office space. Bath sad and small, want jacuzzi. Probably need 2 bed duplex corner with unobstructed views. How much in best locations, in terms of food courts, shopping, fun but not bars/clubs. Needs to be high floor too. With gym. Pool. American sized fridge, and supermarket services.
No he has a legit question. For the last Condo: It’s 26.5 Million Baht a year = $811,887.39. USD divided by 12 months = $67,657.28 a month. Where is the $1,600 Condo Tour? And where are you getting 50k Baht?
Cool units, but the rental prices seem very steep considering that the location of this building is pretty bad. There are much better options available at these prices.
Yeah, come out of the shower and have to run back upstairs for some clothes. Absolutely shitty design with all form over function. A fail to the architect.
Please don't use wide angle lenses while filming. It distorts the actual size of the living areas. Having the bathroom downstairs is stupid. You'll be walking up the stairs, wet, every day. A daily fall waiting to happen. Or, I'm half asleep and get up to use the toilet. Fall down the stairs. Horrible design.
2nd kitchen is great enough for me, and dining area. But living room a bit disappointing - the floor isn't high enough not enough privacy. I wanna be shirtless laying there u know, not close blinds from sun or have ppl stare. 1 bedroom, but that glass area not good enough for work space, tables etc. I don't want to be redecorating a rented property and wasting time. For £2k you get better in England outside london. 3rd is ok living room so far, not great sofa. Nah kitchen too small. Nahh no privacy / sound protection from the other bedroom, lol. Worthless, uncomfortable to live there. Poor choices of buildings for that prices, you can get mad all you want cus you getting paid to advertise them, but there are much better buck for your buck in Bangkok. None of these even meet my basic comfort needs. Paying that I'd expect good enough property.
The main price and monthly rental income show that the price of this house is inflated far beyond the reality. I'm 195cm tall if I buy this house I'll have to say goodbye to standing sex, I would never do such a bad thing to myself, I can't! :)
Good, but you totally dropped the ball by not going up and down the private elevator. Of course we want to see how that starts and what it looks like when you first get onto the elevator...
I really like how it’s so private. Not having a neighbor. Love it! I stay at a similar condo when I go to Hong Kong. It’s really great. Quiet and privacy.
First one is perfect for a single person.
It's a beautiful building, the incorporation of nature into the balconies is such a simple but stunning touch. 1 or 3 for me. The mezzanine on 3 would make a cracking home cinema or office, but as a single guy 1 is perfect.
That would definitely make a superb home office
Other than the LONG trek from the loft to the bathroom every morning....
The 2nd unit was the best. Thx for the video!
View of the road...perfect. I've always wanted a view of a road.
Looks pretty legit my man 🤩🤩 ..! I visit Bangkok once a year , I love the Sukhumvit area. Nice video..! Cheers from Amasya Turkey
Your video was so professional I thought you were a real estate agent. Excellent presentation. 👍
Washing machine?
Not a mention in any of the units.
A laundry room in the building? Not mentioned either.
On the 3th unit on outside space in the sitting area. All the others have 2 outside areas . Madness a really small
Omg! I like it, it is so amazing
I’m just so used to living with everything open and fresh air blowing through. I think Bangkok living would take some getting used to having to live in air con enclosed spaces
Beautiful apartments but the price to rental income ratio is insane.
The ROI is around 4% per year which is decent.
@@MergimVlogsYT No for Thailand this is very bad. You get the same standard for 600 to 700 rent per months.
Thanks globalisation!
@max R So this apartments rent is very expensive…it should be a lot less?
Yes you have to have removed the job and a good one

They don't cost the same do they.
Pay doable the price and you don't need to stay in those 30sqm condos
thanks m8! flying to Thailand Oct 20th some more affordable reviews from Thailand would be bang on !!
Those places look amazing! I’d love to find something similar but a bit cheaper per month ❤
Excellent video my friend......just curious ..how tall are you ..there were a couple of times you would stand up and your head would come close to the ceiling ....i'm 5 11 .....would I have the same issues..?
Thanks for sharing, great review very informative
V cool video
The mezzanine on the third could be office space and/or a cinema/gaming area, change the blinds for a projector screen and Robert's your mother's brother :)
All great potential uses there! :)
If you like big balconies check out magnolia next to icon siam, lovely view aswell.
If number two could have been done up as number one (more wood etc) it would have been beautiful.
Wow ist fantastic
Why cannot one have a complete kitchen in these complexes? The kitchens seem compromised while the bath is all out. No dishwashers (all luxury homes should have one). What about a washer and dryer hookups? Just curious, as these units approach $1,000,000?
Stunning apartments
Great informative video, thank you! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
amazing!
Thanks dude :)
For that price, why is there no
washers and dryers in any of the
units?
Is Bangkok really expensive? Seems surprisingly pricey when I see condo videos there
So nice
I'm looking forward to seeing the results from cresco labs
What did Cresco labs do?
So where is the $1,600 apartment? I only seen expensive apartments that you showed. I didn’t see the $1,600 apartment.
Cuz your mind is westernized and instead of necessity you saw lack. America makes you pay for more space you don't use. You are are just accustomed to it
He gave you a 400 dollar discount hahaha
Do real estate tours in different countries please bro.
Man how tall are you? Your head almost touched the ceiling upstairs.
I make $3’700 a month sucks I don’t live in Thailand tho to rant that beautiful home
Are any of these appartments available for rent ? especially the second one ..!!
For Thailand it have to be much much cheaper thats USA prices no many people making that much money over there
Can we rent a similar unit as a STR?
i like its
I think that it will sale quickly
I’m confused. Title says $1,600 Dollar Condo Tour? Did I miss something here or title baited lol.
Def baited
does anyone know the name of the floorboard wood they used in these ?
12:36 I know my Ricky Gervais when hear him. 12 points from Denmark! :)
You gave an Excellent showing of these condo units - monthly condo fees?
Nice place.
4:57 Notice that you head is almost touching the ceiling. This is not a real duplex. It is a converted loft.
Is it pet-friendly? Could you bring the doggo?
I don’t think it is just like 95% of condos in Bangkok are unfortunately not pet friendly, but if you want I can try to cover some
@@MergimVlogsYT That would be great! Anything on life in Bangkok with a fur-child would be amazing. Vets, buildings/condos, parks, etc. Love the vlogs keep them coming.
@@MergimVlogsYT yes make a pet friendly video! 😁
Show Pets friendly buildings please… thanking for sharing 🐾❤️
Why we can’t have those doors in USA? I don’t understand everything so much old here
Did they say "luxury" condo? Hardly . . .
How tall are you mate?
last one is awesome.. can we talk???
I would class these as mid range condos options, would be nice if you can review some highend properties please.
It’s waste of money but if your throwing it away why not , I have a 48 sqm condo on 18 floor pool on 19 Incredible view of Pattaya from prantamak 14,000

Is the 1600 $ monthly rent ??
Why didnt you remove your shoes before you entered the condo
Love
How much in dollars per month?
Oh ino this is all way to expensiv! How about a 40% discount?
Yes, I want to move to Thailand and buy a second million-dollar home.
Contact us on the email in the description if you need guidance
That’s pretty cheap if you count in the gym pool and stuff.
Erg mooi
Worth maximum 500$, I payed to buy own my apartment in south of Europe 25k$
SHIT I pay $1800 for my decent apartment in Texas and I am amazed by how much you get luxury wise for that....
nice condo but not worth 14m. one of the problems is that it only has 1 bathroom. Also, the qaulity and design is very basic.
are you bale to rent these condo's?
They are available for rent
Overpriced for Thailand. You could easily afford a mansion for the price of the 1 bedroom alone. But thank you for the tour.
Only 1600 usd/month ?
how tall are u?
Your reports are very good but it is good to show an average apartment of about 50 sqm with a rent of 300-500-600 euros. It is extremely luxurious for the average visitor.
I thought I’d mix up a little with a few luxury apartments :)
i cant get it that some condos in thailand are cheap AF and for example this one is expensive AF
I pay £200 a month more for a 2 bed flat in South London :(
Dude that’s the smallest balcony ever
Kitchen too small, I cook daily high volume high protein large meals 3-4 times a day. need more office space. Bath sad and small, want jacuzzi. This is for the rich people to view. Since I can't afford anything over $700 per month. I have to pass on this.
No bump gun?😱
I think these prices sound really high. I am sniffing some BS
All by myself
850,000 will get you an uninspiring town home in Reston, VA, USA
Ummm. These prices are middle American city prices, south East Asia prices
Don’t appreciate the clickbait $1609 title tho
$50k a month?
for you, yes 50k dollars
No 50k for Thai baht

I’m way confused as well….. these numbers do NOT add up…….
@@OBXDave That 26.5 million baht is purchase price. The monthly rent is 50K baht. It's not complicated.
Getting expensive in Bankok.
Cool units, but the rental prices seem very steep considering that the location of this building is pretty bad. There are much better options available at these prices.
Do you have examples?
1 bathroom for all that money! No thanks..
Seems expensive for there. Same price as a nice apt. in Dallas.
Next time take off your shoes.
😆😆😆
Based upon you sitting A lot upstairs….the ceilings must be 6.5-7’ …..👎
1st one 470,000? That was 1 bedroom and had no style. Are people on Crack?
august 2024 the unit is now $1900/month. place is overpriced. You can find much better places
Yeah, come out of the shower and have to run back upstairs for some clothes. Absolutely shitty design with all form over function. A fail to the architect.
Who the F needs a private lift . That's such a stupid waste of space and feels so lonely to hide away like that
