I love ASR managed serviced apartments! They have great locations and the staff are always A++.
If my wife and I had seen this video earlier, we would have stayed here for the whole month we stayed in Bangkok in Jan/Feb this year. We stayed in a one-bedroom hotel not too far from this place and i think we paid more, and the place wasn't so nice as this one. Our hotel included breakfast but except for convenience's sake who would want to eat the same thing for a month. We will definitely stay here next time and thank you very much for this video.

I hope for that price, it's got double or even triple glazed windows to protect from the noise of the streets below, especially the sky train. I know my sister in law has a nice condo called M Phyathai, but the aluminium and its windows are paper thin, and the sky train is extremely noisy even with windows closed
stood here few days, great rooms, quiet busy pool area with tourists and gym could be better equipped, sauna is amazing! try to get the room on the high floors facing sukhumvit road :)

85,000 THB is $2,300 USD for a studio. That's NYC pricing, at that point no thanks, no matter how good all the amenities are.

Stayed here late 2022 shortly after it opened. Nice rooms and location, but the air-con was loud (even on the lowest setting), and the washer/dyer doesn't dry the clothes completely. Only to a damp state and you then need to hang them across furniture in front of the windows. Although the rooms are older, Ascott Sathorn is a better and cheaper option. Whisper quiet air-con, proper washer/dryer, and easy transport access.

Thonglor is a Japanese neighborhood, I know this entire area very very well, my wife has a place Soi 1 near the hospital area, Thonglor isn't that far away.
Yes,verry expensive.But it’s verry beautiful to.
Cheaper and more space than a luxury hotel -but without the pampering (no turn down service🙂). Probably perfect if you are in town for a month and demand privacy and a secluded high standard. Not for me -I prefer bustling 5 Star Hotels (but might in the future get an apartment I could call home?).

Nice really like this service apartment , how does it compare to the kimpton ? I was considering the kimpton maa Lai as we need to in both Sathon and Thong lot areas and from google map kimpton sit between both . .
Nice, but 85K per month is too high.
Many nice amenities like 24 hour gym, and cleaning bur way way way overpriced! Even for a high budget. I immediately crossed their place off my list.
