But can't compare that condo 47 sqm2 to Miami nor new York, we are in Thailand, not usa... better compare with pattaya.
Anyway 37000 baht for 47 sqm2 is not cheap at all..

Garbage disposals are not really a thing in Thailand (or a lot of countries). They are there, but likely would not be in a condo as they tend to block up the smaller lines. You can buy them, but expensive and rarely in stock. Not really a cultural thing here.
