Hey guys, hope you enjoyed this video! Apologies for the weird editing and random music overplaying. It's because this video had a lot of copyrighted songs, so I had to manually re-edit this video using RUclips's subpar video editing feature. Also, I meant to stay 10 million baht, not billion

What are the monthly owners fees?
Haha I was like 10 billion dear Gawd. I thought it must be a mistake.
No prices on menus or beauty treatments? Expensive for Thailand?
How to join your discord?
I appreciate your videos , I am moving to Bangkok December and I need help finding a place and pick the right neighborhood.
Luxury condos in Bangkok are crazy. This is the heart of Bangkok. This area is a rich area and has everything here: luxury restaurants, clubs, bars, luxury hotels, luxury department stores, BTS Skytrain. Of course, this kind of luxury, and at this price, you will never find in Europe.
name of area?
Actually I live in a bigger apartment for the same price. Tiny shoebox apartments and too many useless public facilities that are a waste of money.
@@xr6ladI was definitely shocked at the small apartments compared to the amenities.
Amazing condo! I may check this place out before I move to Thailand in a few years
An overall excellent tour of these _amazing_ condos, thank you!
Amenities: Exceptional!
Condos: Claustrophobic.
If true that these units will not be available for short term rental it's unfortunate. I realize most residents would spend relatively little time in their condos, but they're just too small for my taste to be interested in buying one.
This complex , it's living space and amenities remind me of cruise ship living
Men, I´m really impressed with the quality of these CONDOS with real good infraestructure to provide all kinds of services and being so comfortable to live. Just imagine live in these kind of CONDOS in USA and other countries. THAILAND is a paradise for foreigners who want to retire in their last years of life.
Luxurious condo in Bangkok 😊 thanks for sharing 🙏🙏
Awesome video! That place is amazing. Thanks for sharing. Its on the list now 🥹
New subscriber here. Amazing condo development. I love the amenities, and especially appreciate the jetted tubs in each unit. That seems to be relatively uncommon in Thailand, and it's something I would like to have if possible wherever I live.
And the music room! Unbelievable - I've played drums since I was a child and would LOVE to live in a building like that.
Great video, great production. I look forward to seeing more of your videos.
Very nice building and great amenities. I have been in luxury highrise sales for many years. The amenities are great and a lot of people purchase because of them, however, the reality is the vast majority of tenants never use them! The developers should focus more on creating larger units.
Creating larger units means having lesser units for developer!Surely developer will wanna maximise profits!
@@Fiat-kl6ltI think what he’s trying to say is reduce the amount of amenities and use that space to increase the size of the units.
@Chaka2479 I think what he is saying is that developers maximize profits. 😂. In NYC, since people arent having children that much(not including migrants n poor) developers build more expensive but smaller apartments more gimmicky(games rooms & cigar rooms). Big pre- war apts (like mine) get chopped up.
Nah. If you know the clientele that is attracted to these buildings, you know they like to look down on others from above them so they can feel superior to them, and even if they don't use half of these amenities, they very much enjoy knowing they have them and others do not. Narcissists are petty, petty people, and they like to boast and brag about what they have, how much they paid for it, but more than anything else, they salivate over knowing that other people do NOT have it.
These are very much the men (and women) who will sit in a stinky room full of cigar smoke and brag about what they've done and how much they paid for this or that, and they don't care that cigars stink and taste awful, they're going to sit in their little glass room, smoking their Cubans and they do this because they perceive it as something the wealthy do. It helps keep their ever-deflating egos inflated.
I could go on and on. That said, many of the narcissists in Texas like bigger, bigger, bigger because they believe bigger is better: bigger house, bigger yard, bigger pool, bigger SUV, bigger Rolex, bigger diamond ring, etc.
No if you want larger units this these just aren’t for you this is enough space for anything you could want and need if you need a larger space find a house having affordable living with these amazing amenities is perfect. Creating larger spaces and shitty amenities you might as well be living in America paying high ass rent prices and nothing to do at your place
natural presenter, always great videos
Id spend a month there for sure. Great review
The amenities are first class, but the condos were disappointing, even the penthouse. My #1 building in Bangkok is still Mahanakhon.
Came here to say this, was sending this link to friends and then we got to the rooms :(
Are you actually comparing a $1000/month condo with ones that go for $4000/mo.?!!!
Totally agree. But you get what you pay.
Four Seasons Riverfront Residences are my absolute favorite!
How much are the 1 bedroom apartments on the lower floors? I wanna do a 1 year lease
So, I’m assuming the one bedroom is 45,000 BKT per month? Not bad at all for a super luxury condo. However, I wish these condos would focus more on actual living space, and less on amenities. Let’s be honest, you’re going to use that game room or spa three or four times during your entire stay there! The only amenity I could see myself using on a regular basis would be the gym. the focus should be on increased living space.
I agree. Modern condos focus way too much on amenities and not enough on size
I beg to differ. I'd be using that pool, sauna, steam room, gym, pool table, and lounges every day of the week.
Don't plan on that happening anytime soon. Having more space means less apartments to rent out which means less money. The only way they could account for this is by making bigger apartments and jacking up the prices, which will run people away.
Most Thai people does not prefer stay in their own living space but loves to hangout such as Mall during the day especially on weekend. As you can see normally in Thailand most malls very crowded, so these condos are designed specifically for Thai lifestyle that loves to go out or hangout during the day. I'm Thai, born and grew up in Bangkok
yes, the entire video about the surroundings and amenities - at the end the room itself, coz there's nicer condos with less amenities but more quality of space etc.
I am totally floored. I even shed a tear. Just wow.
I thought also to visit it, but my agent told me the condo is very small.
And seeing your video confirmed it.
Facility is very beautiful, but I wouldn't buy it because the condo itself is too small.
🤩Unbelievable!!!!🤩
The common areas look incredible. The problem is the size of the condos. They all just appear really cramped. Especially the bathroom/bedroom in the one bedrooms.
true!
100% correct. They are tiny. Lots of wasted space with wasted public facilities. You really only need the pool area, a gym and a single lounge. Drop the rest.
These people are tiny, so to them its fucking huge.
I've spent the past 9 years in SEA, including considerable time in Thailand, and all the neighboring countries, and I've seen more of these tasteless concrete boxes than I care to remember. My 25+ years as a real estate broker, plus a good amount of common sense, taught me what to look for, and believe me, flashy entrances with mirrorred walls and uniformed doormen means nothing to me, it's the living space that's important plus the location, which for me is anywhere but downtown in a big city, particularly Bangkok which is hot, humid and crowded; SEA has the most beautiful beaches, so why would I want to live in a big, hot, humid and over-crowded city; I'll take a beach town anyday. We all on average spend 75%-85% of our lives in our homes so I'm extremely picky when it comes to my living quarters. I've been fortunate enough to call Vietnam home for the past several years, and I have a 1400 sq ft apartment with 3BR/2BA plus a wrap-around 450 sq ft balcony that pretty much hangs out over the ocean which is some 100' in front of me. Killer views, awesome climate, all the conveniences I'm used to from the US and Europe, and then some, plus I'm living in a curved tower-like building with absolute privacy, and yet, I pay less than you pay for 'bland'. But to each his own, and if you haven't experienced true style, comfort and liveability anywhere, then you obviously don't know what you're missing. Cheers
What’s the name of your place
Yes, please tell us all how superior you are, and how superior Seattle is, and how marvelous your windy, lifeless beaches with bone-chilling water are to walk on in August. /eye roll
Brag, brag, brag, picky, picky, picky...broadcast just how narcissistic you are to everyone on the internet. No one cares. Really. No one admires you.
My god, people like this are insufferable because of the poor parenting they had. smh
Motivated after watching this 📈
In France we call this kind of flats : rabbit boxes. And you leave 150 m above the ground. Freaking scary
Yes, Paris is not a city of high rises, except for maybe La Defense. This is more Manhattan, London, Tokyo.
Amazing, to think that for $12,000 dollars you can live there for a whole year! That is mind blowing.
Do the math
More like $15,000 and that's just rent.
And then compare it with the average salary. Yes you can take account of a nations poverty to live well it seems.
These concrete boxes, called condo's, are nothing but cramped hotel rooms, and there are thousands of them all over SEA, and every single one is the same same; small cramped rooms, a tiny kitchen and a stamp-sized balcony that's useless. This is all built/designed for the low-expectation buyer/renter, the guy who's blown away by flash vs function. There's zero personality and even less warmth, and then when i see a dining table the size of an average coffee table it all becomes hillarious, but that's the world we live in. Flash over function, smoke and mirrors over actual comfort and livability, but to each his own. Cheers
Yes, i got claustrophobic looking at the condo unit. Spacious common area lobbies don't impress me as i wouldn't spend time there.
I sense envy here 😂 envious that you are to afraid to take some action and do something adventurous with your life. Of course you can see a million "cookie cutter" condos anywhere but if you've got the money (or similar money to what you would pay in the US/Europe/Canada/Australia etc) then you can find absolutely amazing apartments
@@user-neo8888 Nah, you've got that wrong as well. You will never make it in Manhattan, Tokyo, or London if you require a lot more space than these.
@@lbj4993 Could I ask where abouts in Vietnam I could find such an apartment please?
They need to put that money into the actual apartment in Thailand . The apartment is more important than the common area!!
I’m going to Bangkok in July for one month do you know the affordable one?
WOW, Paul! Very nice, Brother! Kayla and I will be there in September. Keep sharing amazing content. Agape. -Sam CHAMP
Awesome! Thank you!
Outstanding presentation l feel like going back to Thailand 🇹🇭 😅
I want to move to Thailand in the next year or so….It’s so beautiful and affordable.
What an awesome condo!!!
Tiny
I like your style, very simple and to the point.
WOW! I'm loving Thailand!
I lived for 10 years in Manhattan, and this does remind me of some of the luxury condo buildings there, but the luxury condos in Manhattan do have far more living space than these, but they also cost millions more, and the monthly maintenance fees are usually several thousand dollars a month, paid in perpetuity.
The amenities are nice, for sure. It's almost as if you don't have to leave the building at all. This would be a great pied-a-terre for anyone who lives in a major city but often does business in Bangkok and has to entertain clients.
Personally, I would enjoy the gym, the spa, and if the pool weren't so windy way up in the sky, I'd probably enjoy swimming in it.
That building is really far from the BTS. Do they at least have regular and complimentary shuttle service to/from the BTS station?
Fantastic condo, you explained very well. Thanks a lot.i will visit soon Thailand. from india with respect.
Are all bedrooms that small from $500 to $1500? Looks like they make these condos too cosy.
That it's a flex is an understatement. Best one yet, Paul! Looooove 🥰
The place has definitely fantastic facilities but the units space is tiny, it's like they only focused on the common areas providing luxury feel. For 1.2k usd monthly isn't worth living in a luxury shoe box 😮
Many countries are in a dirty shoebox.😂😂
Totally agree, I would sacrifice the facilities for a more spacious apartment, especially considering the price 💸
Yeah like most of the midrange condos built in Bangkok since 2018
Facilities only use for marketing. We spent most of our time in the apartment, rather have bigger room and be comfy than tiny shoebox. A nice gym in the condo would be nice though.
absolutely
Insane condo. Moving to Thailand soon.
What's the rent of both the 2 bedroom apartments?
I just stumbled across your channel. Your whole thing is exactly what’s on my mind. Do you have any information' advice or content that would help me with the process? Thank you very much!
Yes I do, check out my site: www.globalnomadsclub.com
This is my type of living and that penthouse would've been perfect if there's a walk-in closet in the master's bedroom.
More like 5 star hotel. Btw welcome back.. Well, why I feel like you already uploaded this vdo before ??? I have seen this ....maybe some part ...
Would've loved 4K or 8K quality tour. The camera shots and editing were great.
Aaa...you actually know how to play music instruments bro. GOOD!
If I had my passport, I would be on the next flight out! No words for this amazing place! Do they rent? What are the rents like? Thanks for the share.
Heard of google? There are probably 10 websites like hipflat etc. where you can browse the rental listings for any building in Bangkok including this one. Takes like 10 seconds to be looking at all the details!
Rent here starts at 45000THB around $1.2k usd monthly
Thanks and it sounds good! Loved your vlog.
@@iPaulLeecan I do like a 2 week rental? I’m spending 2 weeks in Phuket and 2 weeks Bangkok
What’s the name and prices of the condos? Looks like an awesome place!
Wanna know aswell
@@Sad-fw9sg Park Origin
Let's cramp in as many tiny rooms as possible 😂
Beautiful buildings and amenities!!!
Wonderful amenities, tiny living spaces. I probably won't be spending a lot of time in my apartment, but I don't want to feel like I am in a shoebox while I am in it. I will keep looking I guess. good video though.
23:20 i mean i wouldn't call that "everything we need", it's a small ass kitchen for a penthouse like that
Guess I would need to speak to a Thai Real estate attorney to figure out all the rules? Any recommendations?
The pricing isn't mentioned for the other units?? I'm curious about the pricing for the penthouse and 2 story unit.
Wow even the "penthouse" has small spaces...that kitchen is smaller then my quaint little one-bedroom in the Sukhumvit area. Ofc you're really paying more for the location and all the amenities of the building not so much the space...
Is everything more expensive as in groceries etc? I was in Chian Mai a month in November. I want to come back but you dont hit the daily expense budget etc. Otherwise great vid
Amazing common areas, teeny tiny living space 😢
Hi Paul. Do they allow 3-6 month rentals in this building? What's the shortest interval?
Nice overall video! However, from my experience visiting Thailand. There are a numbers of issues that I concern. 1. Most buildings in Thailand are not sealed properly. This will allowed dust, pollution, etc. get inside, 2. There is no central AC system in the unit. You might save in energy cost but there is a potential of mold and mildew to grow.Thailand's heat and humidity is no joke. 3. Building construction methods, the buildings might look impressive but if you look closely construction is quite shoddy. For example, Suvarnabhumi Airport is not aging well. This due to poor construction and maintenace of the facility. Buildings in this video have several water features, these could potentialy created water proofing and maintenance issues (especially long term) 4. Lacks of building code, most buildings in Thailand will not pass IBC (International Building Code). Handicap accesible is also a major issue. What is the average monthly maintenance cost? I hope this perspective helps.
Weird how you don't list the asking prices on the units your promoting. Poor marketing on your part.
I pay 1450/mo for 250sqft shethole in waikiki, maybe I should learn Thai
And earn their salary.? Believe me that’s not the average home in Thailand.
@@xr6lad Pension; But I'm not old enough for retirement visa. So I need school, or some job
I'm not paying western prices. If I'm there to live then I expect to be able to live a lot better than what I could find at home.
Hey Paul , very good video . I can do better editing in your videos which can help you to get more engagement in your videos . Pls lmk what do you think ?
How much does it cost to use one of those bar lounges for private party and does the TV viewing areas cost to use? would be nice to know what is included and what costs extras to use with your guests.
Hey, Paul Lee! Is it $1,000 per night or per month, and is that per person or can a family stay? I understand this is a condominium, not a hotel, right?😀
It’s a condo, and $1.2k for a month!
@iPaulLee Very cool video! Did you fly first class alone or with your family? It must be very expensive.14 hours is crazy! The food menu is just crazy, like in a Michelin restaurant. Is black caviar tasty or...??😀
Are there additional fees for expats when purchasing property?
How much is the 2 bed 2 bathroom unit that was empty? Purchase price U.S. or monthly rental cost U.S. great video
great vid bud..nicely done
Are all these amenities included in the rent? Like the massage center and the gym?
What’s the name of that condo and how much is the penthouse?
Size of the condos are small, I enjoy the idea of promoting better public spaces for people to actually get out of the house and socialize within the same building.
Is this the standard condo size in Thailand no matter where you look in high rise? Same price-ish regardless?
This is for those who can afford this? In Thailand?
I can't decide if this is a condo or a 5-star hotel! Those amenities are insane.
This is Park origin Thonglor
Nice amenities, but typical mediocre (mid range) Chinese style construction with relatively tiny rooms. Will be interesting to see how this place looks in 10 years. Ive seen similar condos that are 5 plus years old that are already showing wear and tear, haha.
We are looking to spend 2 months there in June we are giving ourselves two months to find the right apartment to be there for a year
I really liked the 2 floor unit. I wonder how much it’s cost for month ? Or one year ? Wow 🤩
Really nice tour. Well done
Why are the Livingroom's compare to the Sleeping rooms smaller in Thailand. I prefer bit smaller Sleeping rooms and bigger Livingroom's.
Got the feeling that it's more like living in an hotel, than owning a proper home. And compared to the price of a night in a resorts with similar amenities and luxury level, it's a bargain.
This is the condo I wanted, but they aren’t pet friendly. Trying to look for something similar where I can bring my two small dogs.
SINGAPORE: Sales of luxury homes in Singapore fell by 50 per cent year-on-year in the first quarter ending March.
Foreigners purchasing these properties dropped by 98 per cent, with just one sale to an overseas buyer.
In April last year, the ABSD for foreign buyers of residential homes was raised from 30 per cent to 60 per cent, as part of cooling measures set by the government to stabilise the market.
This means that for a S$5 million home, buyers will have to pay about S$3 million in taxes.
Great location. Great facilities. But living spaces way too small.
Make the hold world NV of Thailand 🇹🇭❤️👍
Great video, great amenities, living spaces way too cramped.
It’s pretty wild that you can get into
This place for $700+ can you imagine the price in America?
what is the name and address of this building?
Do they have a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom?
"Luxury condo".
Reality: tiny hotel rooms 😂
Still you do great yt videos. 👍
1000+ a month! That's nothing compared to my New York 10 square feet without a personal bathroom I could be living like a king🤣
Man, the living space is damn tiny… no way to pay 1K to 1.2K USD/month for this.
They could have not made the space between the wall and bed end so tiny. Not great to be so high up. Water pressure problems. Evacuation problems. And not to mention the mind blowing congestion and traffic of Bangkok. Great to stay a few weeks for the food but not much longer than that.
What was the price for the last unit?? or the one with the double level??
probbaly 1.5k us
How much per month was the 2-story duplex one? Only pricing you gave was for the first smallest one at 45K Baht. Thanks
What is the property tax per year for foreigner? Thanks.
It’s a rental…
Are any of these condos pet friendly?
This is far from being the "#1 Luxury Condo in Bangkok". The units (especially the 1 bedroom / studio apartments) are tiny and dirt cheap. If you are paying 45k/month for that on a 12-month basis, you are being ripped off big time. Truly luxurious condos in Bangkok usually don't even have 1-bedroom units, and if they do they are at least 60+ m² in size. There is also a good chance that you will have constantly changing AirBnB guests (I was one of them a few years ago) next door as there are dozens, if not hundreds, of AirBnB apartments in that building (a luxury Condo wouldn't allow that), usually available for less than 1k USD per month (although mostly slightly smaller units). General build quality is also low, super thin walls. It is also kinda far away from the BTS station, a little annoying if you have to make that walk every day in Bangkok heat.
Are these comes with parachutes? 😅
nice vid - nice condo but rooms are small, sadly
Do these high-end condos have central water filtration? I'm just wondering if one can use tap water for brushing one's teeth and cooking...
We don't really concerns on central water filtration since we already have lots of water drinking provider which is already very clean, cheap and less concern on the filter process maintenance. With that being said, there's some project that starting to do central water filtration with high investment such as "One Bangkok Project" but it's incredibly expensive. So, most condos focus on design, architecture, decorations and functionality
Btw, tap water can use to brushing teeth as normal everywhere in Thailand but we just don't use it to drink
29:36 .... I played it back numerous times but you said starting prices here are at 10 billion baht which would be insane and unaffordable for anyone at 271,964,600.00 US dollars. I think you meant starting at 10 million baht. It's certainly a nice place where the only one I actually found practical is the 2 floor bedroom loft as it offers the most open space. The first couple was like a entry-level cabin on a cruise ship and entirely too small.
Thanks for taking the time to show us as I'm moving to Bangkok in 6 months and been looking for something like this 👍
Yep, meant to say 10 million
