Me and my family stayed at the Base 77 in 2019. Hands-down its one of the best condominiums in Bangkok. Ten location is perfect with all the necessities within a walking distance, specially BigC, and the area felt quite safe, and was very local. The best part was that its quite far away from the party scene of BKK, and thus was suitable for family living.
Best thing to stay 3 or more month in BKK and have a home base😊😊, it’s my plan after retire, not so far away😅😅 a good plan❤ thanks for the tips and stay safe 🙏🏼🇹🇭

These cheap condos are for long term rentals only, 1 year contract minimum The best deals for short term rentals (under 6 months) are with serviced residences, try booking direct with them. I highly recommend areas like thonglor, ekkamai and even on nut will have cheaper rates than the tourist hot spots and they’re still close to the centre. You can also try airBnB but remember short term rentals (less than 30 days) are illegal in Thailand. Good luck!!

In Thailand it is not allowed by law to rent out as a private person less than four weeks. The fee for an agent has to be paid by the owber. So as a client you don't have to pay fees.

From my own experience, that's just a rule. No one will ask about a proof, if your a normal tourist traveler
