THE bedroom/bathroom arrangement doesn't leave much to imagination. While you are lying on the bed you can see your partner sitting on the toilet through the bunch of glass doors. NICE !!!!
I agree. In my point of view is better to rent. Right now, rent is quite cheap in Bangkok compared to many parts of the world if you are a westener.....
Seems like older apartments are not what people wants. I would rather have an apartment with perhaps a pool only as an amenety, all these new hipster buildings have way to much going on people everwhere with thier laptops. I just want it quiet place to live.

All condo proibit the short time rental. It should be illegal in Thailand to rent by day or week. But you can find airbnb aivable in most condos in Bangkok, lot of owners doesn't care...

@@winstonwolfflol, you're not even close. The two bedrooms _start_ at about $2200 usd per month and go up to about $2800 use. And the one bedroom with the cool bathroom is about the same. You can rent smaller units (40sqm) in the building starting at about $1100 usd.
Why so much glass? I want privacy in a bathroom and when I am watching movies with friends in the theatre I don’t want to be looking at the backs of people on exercise equipment!

The challenge here though is unless you're bringing in revenue remotely or based out of Thailand... it becomes difficult to justify such a purchase as a vacation or investment property... the amount you'd have to charge for rent, i'd assume would be far and few
