Good morning, I live in the United States, but I’m actually planning on moving to Pattaya towards the end of the year. I’ll be visiting the entire month of July start looking at condos that I want to purchase. Can you recommend a nice hotel in Pattaya where I can stay while I’m searching for condos? If possible, I’d like to be close to the beach, but also close to the nightlife, unfortunately I couldn’t afford that penthouse, I wish I could though lol I have about $600,000 that I’m going to use to buy a condo.

Why on your preview you have listed as 11 million baht starting, when it's actually north of 12 million?
The lowest priced unit in the condo starts from 11.4 MB. We did not show this unit, we started our tour with a slightly higher priced unit which had nicer furnishings, however I understand your point and it's a bit confusing. We've changed the title of the video to start at the same price point we talk about.

Buy a condo that needs renovation and pay 10 million dollars? No thanks
Thanks for writing. The penthouse is definitely a more niche option in the building with a narrower market of interested buyers. We expect the starting price to mid-priced units from about $310k USD to $350K starting prices to be the options of interest for many people. The 1 and 2 bedroom options are still nice spacious properties. Some of these units are actually renovated and ready to move in like the ones we show earlier in the video.

Thanks for the feedback. As far as luxury beachfront condos go, the prices here are between 125,000 THB to 160,000 THB per sqm which is on par with the market, and well under the new-build prices in the area. There are older beachfront condos that will offer a lower price and this is reflected in the facilities and overall living experience. That being said it is all in the buyer's preference and there are options out there for everyone! The sellers are open to reasonable offers as well.
